Pros:

Our room on the first floor was quiet at night, not much traffic noise.
Ample parking.

Cons:

Found lizard poo stuck on a bath towel and more lizard poo on the top corner shelf in the bathroom. Otherwise our room is quite clean.
No shower screen. The whole bathroom floor is wet after a shower.
