Pros:

Essen, Lage und Personal super, geht nicht besser.

Cons:

Der hier gebuchte Bergblick war nur aus einem Winkel des Zimmers zu entdecken, es war ein Blick auf das Nachbarhotel. Sky Pool erst ab 16 Jahren und Sauna ab 14 Jahren sind nicht zeitgemäß. Hier wäre es gut, wenn ein Besuch ab 12 Jahren in Begleitung der Eltern zu bestimmten Zeiten erlaubt wäre.

Le confort, la cuisine et les équipements modernes , spa et piscine

Cons:

Dernier matin prise en charge du nettoyage de notre chambre à 8h30 avant le Check out, mais bonne gestion de la réclamation par la réception

Würde ich nicht nochmal buchen
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels und war gut. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist ganz nett, ich hätte mit in dem Bereich statt einem Kaffee eine Sauna gewünscht.

Cons:

Preis Leistung hat nicht gestimmt. Die Qualität der Speisen waren im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels in der Kategorie nicht gut.

Everything. Clean, Welness, infinity pool, Restaurant, location, lot’s of options. kindness hosts, parking. They do everything to make your stay unforgetable.

Great location and rooms, stuff is just neutral, pool is only for adults.
Pros:

Hotel location is amazing, It's real ski-in / ski-out hotel. Also having a ski rental place just downstairs and dedicated ski lockers are very comfortable. Rooms are pretty new, clean and spacious. Kids room is amazing and stuff is very friendly.

Cons:

The hotel advertise their beautiful pool everywhere but they don't mention anywhere that It's only for adults. My kid was very excited about the pool, we checked pictures multiple times and learned it hard way that kids cannot use the pool. It's very disappointing.
After checkout we've asked for using a locker and a change room but the only answer we heard back was "no". Even if It's not possible, staff could try to find a solution. For example rental place offered help. We had to change in the toilet and re-pack our luggage around the lobby, after a comfortable vacation It definitely lowered our mood. In general staff was just saying yes / no to any question and not very helpful, comparing with similar hotel stuff we stayed in Austria.
