Great location. I like the venue has their own parking (to the left and then straight behind the building). The staff was kind and helpful. I would distinguish the lady in the restaurant. The room has the decent area. There is even own playground for children. No obvious red flags.

Cons:

The breakfast could be improved, but still good overall price/quality ratio

Il bagno molto molto vecchio: lo scarico del water a levetta che scaricava con difficoltà, vasca da bagno senza fissaggio per erogatore e posta davanti a una finestra scroststa e assenza di tappetino. Stanza un pò stretta per 3 letti
