Could be a great hotel if only…
Pros:

Nice location next to a small river and close to town. Good free parking in back.

Cons:

The bed was not comfortable and the pillows were too flat. Breakfast was horrible.

Schön gelegenes altes Hotel im Zentrum mit ausgezeichnetem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Das traditionelle Hotel in wunderbarer Lage, ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den alten Park mit dem städtischen Museum (OK, da ist es halt nicht immer ganz ruhig, weil es im Zentrum an einem Samstagabend irgendwo Live-Musik gibt). Das Hotel ist ohne übertriebenen Luxus, aber mit viel Gefühl und Respekt für die alte Substanz renoviert worden. Sehr freundliches Personal, reichhaltiges Frühstück, also großartiges Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Und der in Kroatien besonders ausgeprägte Drang, die Gäste schon beim Frühstück mit den Auswürfen von Radiosendern zu penetrieren, ist recht diskret ausgefallen - es gab auch einen Raum und die schöne Terrasse, wo man in Ruhe den Tag beginnen kann.

Cons:

Das Haus könnte auf der Webseite ruhig ein bisschen besser seine eigene lange Geschichte und Bedeutung für die Stadt anpreisen. Soviel ich weiß, waren hier in den Fünfzigern sogar Hollywood-Stars zu Besuch.

Sehr schönes gepflegtes altes Haus in Bestzustand mitten in einem Park in der malerischen Ortschaft Samobor in waldreicher Umgebung! Sehr nettes Personal, gutes und preiswertes Essen und Frühstück. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Best location in beautiful Samobor
Pros:

The hotel far exceeded my expectations based on other reviews and the price. It starts with its location, which is absolutely perfect in lovely Samobor, next to the museum and park! Then the staff, super friendly! I came there by bicycle which I was able to park in their storage room. The room is what I would call authentic. Beds were great. Dinner in the restaurant was delicous. Breakfast was five stars for me as well, with warm freshly made bread and many warm and cold things to choose from.

Cons:

Leaving! Could have stayed longer actually given that Samobor and its surroundings are beautiful.

Eine unbequeme Nacht
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sauber.

Cons:

Extrem durchgelegene Matratzen, dadurch sehr unbequemes Bett.
Klimaanlage funktionierte nur mäßig
Frühstück........der Kaffee war gut
Grundsätzlich herrscht hier Renovierungsstau.
