Regresaría sin dudarlo
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente para entrar y salir de la ciudad con facilidad así como para visitar el Parque Gallineral. El hotel es muy lindo, bien cuidado, las habitaciones buenas y las áreas húmedas muy buenas. Buen desayuno. Parqueadero muy amplio.

Cons:

Harían falta algunas perchas y una cómoda en la habitación. Por lo demás todo es muy bueno.

Pros:

Desayuno variado y abundante.
Excelente atención del personal.
Sitio agradable para pasar en familia, es un lugar tranquilo.
Encuentra todo en el mismo lugar: hotel, restaurante y piscina.

Cons:

Deben de instalar aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones, porque hace mucho calor, no basta con el ventilador.

Estadía excelente, ideal para descansar
Pros:

La experiencia en Hotel Campestre Santa Catalina fue excelente. El lugar es muy tranquilo, rodeado de naturaleza y perfecto para descansar. Las instalaciones son limpias, cómodas y bien cuidadas. El personal fue muy amable y atento durante toda la estadía. Además, la ubicación en San Gil es ideal para disfrutar del clima y desconectarse.

Cons:

En general todo fue muy bueno, no tengo aspectos negativos relevantes que mencionar.

Hotel para hospedarse, no para descansar

El servicio del personal. Se nota que trabajan muy duro por ofrecer una gran experiencia

Cons:

Inicialmente nos habían dado una habitación cuya ventana daba a un pasillo. Al no tener blackout, cada vez que alguien caminaba por ahí se iluminaba toda la habitación. Adicionalmente, se escuchaba demasiado ruido en la recepción. Las habitaciones no tienen lámparas y la luz blanca de los bombillos no es acogedora. El agua pierde presión rápidamente en la ducha y el lavamanos.
