Pros:

It was clean, had parking (but paid), breakfast had variety, the staff was kind & helpful.

Cons:

The was an electricity cut and they didn't have a generator, so we were in the dark & without AC. however, they provided torch & we could open the windows to cool.

Cleanliness , kind and very helpful team . Complimentary laundry machine and drier came in handy .

Cons:

The breakfast was always served with pork , it may be helpful to consider beef / chicken for non pork consumers

Great stay!
Pros:

We loved everything about this hotel. It was exceptionally clean and quiet. The staff was very professional, friendly and helpful. This is our number 1 pick from now on when coming to visit family in the University area.

One of the grounds workers (didn’t catch his name) offered to radio to the front desk to check me out to save me an extra trip, it was very thoughtful as I was traveling with two small children!

short stay but pleasant experience.
Pros:

It was in a good location; the rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast, which we didn't expect, was wonderful

Cons:

That it was in relative close proximity to the cruise pier, many of the guests were there to spend the night before cruise day. It would have been much appreciated when we made the reservations if the hotel was able to provide direct information to transportation to pier; shuttle service, for a price, would have been appreciated.
