WIR KOMMEN DEFINITIV WIEDER!
Pros:

Was für ein Kleinod aus Herzlichkeit, Naturholz, wunderbarer Küche und Basalt! Und das Ganze ohne die modere IT-Folter mit Self-Check-in/Check-out und Google-Demenz. Hier regiert noch das Gastgewerbe in seiner alten und allerbesten Schule!

Übernachtung super, aber Essen woanders.

Die Lage und das Hotel war wirklich super.

Cons:

Das Essen war für dieses eigentlich hochwertige Hotel unterirdisch. Unsere Erwartungen wurden leider enttäuscht, was den Geschmack und die Anrichteweise der Speisen betrifft. Es waren auch nur ein paar wenige Leute zum Essen dort, obwohl das Hotel viele Gäste bewirten könnte!

Traumhafte Auszeit
Pros:

Wir wurden herzlich und mit ganz viel Charme empfangen. Nach langer Zeit konnten wir als Paar wieder ein wenig Zeit in Ruhe genießen. Das Hotel hat eine außerordentliche Lage, die zum Entdecken und spazieren einlädt. Ein richtiges Kleinod.

Cons:

Die Stille, das waren wir gar nicht mehr gewohnt 🤣 bei zwei sehr lebhaften Kindern zu Hause.

Die Atmosphäre eines familiengeführtes Hotels war an jeder Ecke zu spüren: superfreundliches Personal, Möglichmachung eines individuellen Wunsches, 100%ige Kundenorientierung , hervorragende Gastronomie.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und bedauert, dass wir nur eine Nacht dort hatten.
Pros:

Alle waren sehr freundlich, nett und hilfsbereit.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Der Ausblick toll und das Essen und das Frühstücksbüfett lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Stolpen ist tatsächlich eine Reise wert -》und dann im Burghotel bei den Burggeistern!! Sehr individuell und geschmackvoll in der Ausstattung, sehr freundliches und aufgeschlossenes Personal, sehr sauber, gute Parkmöglichkeiten, Restaurant mit guten Angebot.

Wir sind begeistert.
Sehr schönes gepflegtes Hotel .
Sauber und modern eingerichtet
Wir hatten einen tollen Ausblick auf die Burg. Das Frühstück ist sehr Abwechslungsreich und lecker.

Great location
Pros:

Lovely little village, and it looks like a film location. The staff were 12 out of 10 friendly and helpful. Just a great place to be. Although we were traveling with work, it offered a small break.

Exklusives und doch familiäres Ambiente in einer außergewöhnlichen Lage.
Pros:

Restaurant und Frühstück waren ausgezeichnet und von hoher Qualität. Die Räumlichkeiten waren äußerst ruhig. Auf unsere Wünsche wurde umgehend eingegangen. Der Stil der Zimmer ist mit viel Holz wunderbar urig und außergewöhnlich.

Da fällt mir wirklich nichts ein.

Pros:

Die Idee für die Zimmer sind top. Nettes Personal, alles sauber, gutes Essen. Frühstück völlig ausreichend und super.

Cons:

Wir hatten bei unserem Aufenthalt nicht zu beanstanden. Ein Sauna, zur Nutzung nach den Wanderungen wäre cool.

Sehr gern wieder
Pros:

Mal abgesehen, dass die Lage des Hotels super ist, hat das Personal sehr herausgestochen. Sowohl unsere Servicekräfte im Restaurant, als auch Chefin und Kinder waren so nett, dass wir definitiv eine Empfehlung aussprechen können.

Cons:

Klimaanlage wäre nett gewesen, aber uns ist von vornherein mit einem anderen Zimmer entgegengekommen worden.
