Pros:

Quiet a nice little spot and a cute setting with traditional look, in all a nice little hotel and sunspot. The manager and staff were so helpful and kind amd considered any problems I needed help with

Great hotel
Pros:

The pool was very nice. Our room was big and had everything we needed. Breakfast was also delicious, there are many options available every day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a quiet area but it is only a short walk to the center where all the restaurants are. We had a wonderful stay and definitely recommend this place.

Nice Hotel
Pros:

Suite size was good , staff are very nice and friendly, so attentive and proactive, breakfast was decent and good with lovely and nice people serving there , We had issue with shower hand and they Fixed immediately, Pool was nice too, location not so far from the busy area around 10 minutes walking and the hotel has private parking and they make extension to solve the capacity issue of parking. House keeping was also good

Cons:

Only thing was the mini fridge that was not working, we reported but we have been told it's just for presentation, We stayed on different hotels and the mini fridge was always working so we can cool some water in this hot weather, don't know if it was only our suite or it's general in the hotel

Disappointing value and nowhere near a four-star experience.
Pros:

The location was convenient for exploring Zakynthos, and the room did have consistently hot water. There were also a few staff members who were kind and helpful, particularly the gentleman Harris who eventually assisted me with the air-conditioning issue.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the property did not feel remotely up to the standard I would expect from a four-star hotel, especially for the price I paid. The room and facilities felt dated and lacked basic conveniences. There were no drawers or adequate places to unpack and store luggage, which was particularly inconvenient for a six-night stay.

The air-conditioning was one of my biggest frustrations. It only operated while you were physically in the room, so after being out for several hours, I would return to an extremely hot room that took a long time to cool down. I also experienced an issue with the AC during my stay, and while one staff member was genuinely helpful in resolving it, I did not find the overall response from the staff particularly helpful.

The bed was very uncomfortable, and there appeared to be a mildew or musty smell coming from around the shower/drain area. The hotel’s system regarding irons was also unnecessarily inconvenient. Combined with the very early checkout time and generally outdated facilities, the stay simply did not feel like good value for money.

Overall, my expectations were considerably higher based on the hotel’s four-star classification and the amount I paid. In my experience, the property felt much closer to a budget hotel than a four-star resort. I would spend the additional money to stay at a genuinely higher-end property next time.

Bella la location, bella e grande la piscina, personale cordiale ! Ottima la pulizia delle camere giornaliere , cambiavano le asciugamani ogni giorno le lenzuola ogni due giorni!! E leggevo recensioni negative perche cambiavano le lenzuola ogni due giorni😱...assurdo!
Le camere grandi ,spaziose e bagno ok! Ottima la posizione per girare l' isola!

Cons:

Se proprio devo dire qualcosa..la colazione un po' più improntata sul salato...ma tanta scelta...frutta fresca,yogurt, frutta secca e mini brioches e a giorni alterni pancake o waffle.

Bell'hotel.
Un po' datato su alcune cose ma tenuto bene e molto pulito.
Servizio in camera giornaliero e colazione ottima, abbondante, sia dolce che salata.
Piscina non l'ho provata ma sembrava molto bella, illuminata la sera, che rende l'atmosfera piacevole.
Non è in mezzo al casino e la spiaggia più vicina è comoda da raggiungere (5 min in auto). Vicino c'è anche un piccolo supermarket e qualche localino.

La nostra camera era molto bella, pulita, spaziosa e minimal. Mi è piaciuta molto anche la colazione (anche se principalmente incentrata sul salato) e la piscina bellissima e molto grande con lettini sempre liberi e molto comodi. Personale gentile e disponibile

Il bagno della camera (seppure molto bello esteticamente) purtroppo aveva alcuni difetti: non era possibile chiudere realmente la porta e quindi questo impediva di avere una vera e propria privacy, inoltre la doccia perdeva molta acqua dopo ogni utilizzo. Nonostante la presenza di tende oscuranti la mattina c’era molta luce proprio per via del bagno, che essendo una struttura a vetri all’interno della stanza, lasciava passare molta luce

Veoma dobar hotel, uz malo unapređenja bio bi odličan
Pros:

Veoma lep i dobro održavan kompleks.

Lokacija je veoma dobra - na prvi pogled deluje da ste u sred ničega, a zapravo ste na 10 min lagane šetnje u veoma žive.zone sa mnogo radnji i taverni.

Osoblje veoma ljubazno.

Cons:

Bilo je par sitnica koje treba unaprediti, ali ništa krucijalno.

Iako sve deluje novo, postoje neke stvari koje su dotrajale i treba ih promeniti. Npr. klizna vrata ormara nisu se zatvarala kako treba.

Bašta restorana gde se služi doručak je skoro potpuno na suncu. Krajem avgusta oko 9-10 ujutru samo tri stola su u hladu, sve ostalo je na suncu što dovede do toga da bude previše ljudi unutra jer je zaista nepodnošljivo jesti na suncu čak i ujutru. Jednostavne tende ili zavese bi rešile problem i učinile iskustvo prijatnijim.
