Pros:

Plutôt bien situé. Les précédents commentaires parlent du manque d insonorisation. Depuis nous avons des boules quies offerts.
La piscine est très agréable.
Le seul bémol est au niveau du petit dej. J aurai préféré payer plus mais avoir un meilleur petit déjeuner.
Après il y a d autres restaurant à moins de 2mn à pieds si besoin.
Personnel très agréable.
La salle de bain en extérieur est très agréable également.

Very nice stay!
Pros:

I really liked my stay here. The rooms were very clean and the location was perfect. The staff was extremely nice: on the first night, we had troubles sleeping because of a rooster and neighbours partying, they took care of everything to stop the noise and even changed our rooms to ensure a better stay for us, which we really really appreciated. Thank you!!

Cons:

It is important to know that the rooms are very close to each other and the bathrooms as well, maybe a better soundproofing would increase guest comfort:)
Also we were a bit disappointed about the breakfast and restaurant, but as I said, the location of the hotel is excellent so you have a lot of food options at a 5min walk distance.

Overall pleasant stay, good value for money and good location. Lovely staff.
Pros:

Friendly staff, nice pool area, I enjoyed the outdoor shower
Dwi picked us up from the airport - provided cold water in the car, was extremely professional and drove safely - I’d highly recommend him for your airport transfer.

Cons:

I didn’t realise the toilet was open air - it was fine but just a surprise!
Windows at the top let light in early morning and woke you up.
Lampshades a bit dirty.

Pros:

Great location close to cafes and restaurants in bingin. The pool and outdoor area were beautiful and the Indonesian breakfast was so yummy. The room itself was furnished with really nicely and the bed was huge

Cons:

There are some windows high up in the roof which meant that the room didn’t get completely dark but it wasn’t a major issue

Staff were very nice and accommodating, in a good location

Cons:

Property for the price was not a fair match, you’re paying premium prices for sub par accommodation. Air conditioning did not work very well, outdoor shower had terrible water pressure and the back door did not close properly so all the cool air from the AC was escaping
