Amazing stay in a unique location. The bed was large and comfortable, and I had the best sleep of my life in that dark cellar! The facilities are so well thought out given the small space, and it was just as lovely to hang out in as the rest of Ultrecht. We really enjoyed sitting outside with our complimentary drinks watching the world go by. Diana was really helpful and had great recommendations on where to go, and we very much appreciated the offer of checking in early and leaving later.
There was some drilling from the hotel next door but disruption was kept to a minimum. We were informed of this upon arrival and only heard it on the morning we were checking out anyway.

Loved the location, close enough to everything and also far enough away from the noise, it's right on the canal which was lovely to wake up to each morning.
The facilities in the property were excellent, the little touches like the soft drinks, water, wine etc the host supplied were a lovely touch, can't fault this place, absolutely loved it.

Everything! We love this place, one of our favorite places we stayed during our 4 weeks of traveling this summer. The owner is lovely and has thought of everything. Wine, coffee, recommendations for the area. My husband had to work a few days while we were here and the internet was very good. We loved having coffee or a drink by the canal, slow mornings and relaxing evenings were great watching the boats and paddlers go by.
If you like privacy, this might not be for you many paddlers or those out walking like to peek in (we liked to leave the door open for the view). We didn't mind this however.
Every about UKI-Hotel was amazing, so much better than a hotel, would certainly good back

Very functional and all details were thought through. Friendly and responsive host. Loved the river view from the bed!
The only thing we didn't like was the tiny bathroom. The bed was pretty comfortable.
