Pros:

Я могу сказать, что это довольно хороший отель:
- Очень вежливый персонал;
- Приятная атмосфера;
- Есть телевизор со смарт ТВ;
- В номере есть холодильник, в который вы можете положить свою еду, воду и т.д.
- Хороший душ, есть обогреваемый полотенцесушитель. Нас очень выручил после праздника "Вардавар" единственные кроссовки оказались мокрыми :)
- Приятные завтраки. Есть разнообразие нарезок, фруктов, йогуртов, хлопьев и пара горячих блюд (например, яичницы и сосиски)
- Мне очень понравилось, что буквально в пешей доступности есть круглосуточный магазин. Мы прилетели с мужем после 2 ночи, жутко голодные и магазин нас спас)
- Довольно близкое расположение к центру, вечером прогуляться самое то. А если не хотите идти пешком, то рядом есть станция метро

Cons:

- Если честно кровать оказалась для нас разочарованием. Может для кого-то это и не проблема, но нам важно было спать вместе.
Это довольно стандартная история, когда в номере либо 2 полутроспальные кровати, либо двуспальная, которая представляет из себя сдвинутые кровати вместе. Но эти кровати разъезжаются от любого дуновения ветерка. Причем разъезжаются как матрасы, так и сами кровати. Возможно, следует добавить какие-нибудь противоскользящие моменты.

Highly Recommended Comfortable and Relaxing
Pros:

The facility is excellent and peaceful. The staff are accommodating, friendly, and very helpful. The breakfast is superb, offering a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The room is clean, cozy, and comfortable. Additionally, the housekeeping staff clean the room every day, ensuring it remains spotless throughout the stay.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn't like about my stay. If I could offer one suggestion for the future, it would be to provide the option of a thicker blanket or a comforter for guests who tend to feel cold.

Pros:

Отношение персонала. Отличная команда на ресепшн. У меня был сложный вопрос по отчетным документам для бухгалтерии, мне помогли его разрешить со всем возможным вниманием.

Cons:

У меня нет пожеланий, мне все понравилось

Pros:

Небольшой, но вполне приличный отель. Хороший, большой, аккуратный номер. Чистое бельё, корректно работающая техника.
Завтраки не поражают качеством и разнообразием, но вполне достаточны.
До центра Еревана (Площадь Республики) около 15-20 минут пешком.

Cons:

Цена показалась несколько завышенной на фоне других предложений.
Присутствуют определенные проблемы с парковкой. Парковка общая с окрестными жилыми домами. Для того, чтобы заехать/выехать, нужно звонить по телефону на ресепшн, что для туристов не всегда возможно. Интеркома/домофона на въезде нет. Безопасность транспорта на парковке отеля не обеспечивается, на что персонал отеля отдельно указывает. Охраны нет.

Great location, everything is so close- the center, markets, sights. Breakfast was normal, not too much options, but still good. room was clean, staff was polite.

Not worth the price
Pros:

The staff were polite and respectful, and the breakfast was good and the AC worked well.
They had a safe room for our luggage after check out until our flight. Location was good too.

Cons:

The hotel felt more like a 3-star hotel than a 4-star one and was not worth the price we paid. On the first day, we found a used insulin pen in the trash bin. The elevator was very small, and our room was opposite the staff room, so we could hear conversations during the day when we wanted to relax. I requested a queen-size bed, but we received two single beds pushed together. The salt and pepper containers at breakfast were dirty, and water leaked from the shower area into the bathroom.

Pros:

Небольшой современный отель с очень хорошими завтраками (с клубникой и черешней), мы за 3 ночи в конце мая заплатили 18 000 руб. Соотношение цена-качество восторг! Расположение для нас хорошее, немного поодаль от центра, каскад в 10 минутах по зеленому бульвару, центр тоже в пешей доступности, ночью тишина спали с открытым окном.

Cons:

При заселении был грязный пол (мы заселялись в 23:00), попросили утром при уборке номера помыть - все выполнили стало чисто.
