Pros:

Czysto, miła i pomocna obsługa, śliczny pokój, łazienka, taras z meblami, cisza.
To był 7, ostatni hotel, który odwiedziliśmy przez ostanie 2 tygodnie i uznaliśmy, że jednocześnie jest najlepszy w preferowanym przedziale cenowym.

Pros:

Tiszta, szép szoba. Szép kilátással a városra. Bőséges és finom reggeli. Bankkártyával lehet fizetni. Csendes helyen lévő szállás. Nincs hivatalosan parkoló, de van lehetőség ingyenes parkolásra a hotel közvetlen közelében.

Cons:

Közlekedési eszköz kell a városba való bejutáshoz, de ezt lehet tudni.

Everything was perfect. staff members very kind, excellent breakfast, very comfortable bed everything new inside excellent shower. Location 15 minutes on foot to Cascade and other 15 to city centre. Yandex ride around 2 euros.

Příjemné ubytování
Pros:

Zatím jedno z nejlepších ubytování v Arménii. Hezké a čisté vnitřní prostory, prostorný a čistý pokoj s výhledem na Ararat. Snídaně taky byla skvělá.

Paní byla moc hodná a dala nám možnost udělat check out velmi pozdě, za to moc děkujeme!

We had a very pleasant stay, mainly due to the warm hospitality and the strong “feels-like-home” atmosphere.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. Breakfast was served at the table rather than buffet-style, but it was varied and big enough for two people. While the structure of the breakfast remained similar each day, there were small variations (e.g., different jams and cold cuts), which added diversity.

The location of the hotel is about a 10-minute walk to Victory park with Mother Armenia statue and 15 minutes to the Cascade Complex and views of Mount Ararat. Although it may initially seem a bit remote, the area quickly grows on you with its local, non-touristic character.

The hosts were very kind and responsive. They accommodated an early breakfast request and promptly fixed a noisy bed on the first day.

Cons:

The only downside in that the bed was squeaky on the first day, which was quickly fixed, but started getting loud after a few days.
