Really clean room, and I asked about a baby crib. I was happy to receive a proper crib for sleeping instead of a playpen, like the ones offered at other places. During my trip, I was given playpens in two different hotels, so this was a pleasant surprise.
I loved the clean room and wanted to stay longer, but unfortunately everything was already booked.
Just one small suggestion: it would be nice to have at least one bedside lamp.
It was also nice to have coffee in the morning.
I will definitely come back if I visit Armenia again!
La amabilidad del personal, todos muy atentos, te facilitaban todas tus necesidades, excursiones, taxis, restaurantes., etc..
Las habitaciones muy limpias. No puedo valorar el desayuno porque no lo teníamos incluido pero te daban café y te gratis.
Hay supermercado al lado del hotel y el metro está cerca a dos paradas del centro de la ciudad.
En realidad me gustó toda la relación precio calidad. Quizás que no tiene ascensor para personas que no puedan subir escaleras aunque hay habitaciones en la primera como fue nuestro caso.
Вкусные и разнообразные завтраки каждый день. бесплатный интернет (иногда работал с перебоями). месторасположение позволяет быстро добраться до центра и нужных локаций, аэропорта. В номерах ежедневная уборка.
Очень плохая шумоизоляция, громкие соседи из других номеров мешали спать, гуляя по ночам друг к другу, очень сильно хлопая дверьми, было слышно все разговоры и т.д. Вид из номера выходит на автосервис, некомфортно. В номере и всем отеле старый и очень грязный ковролин, по которому некомфортно ходить. Не работал холодильник в номере. Температура воды в душе скачет от горячей до холодной сама, настроить комфортную проблематично. Цена высоковата для данного уровня.

Мини-гостиница находится недалеко от центра, 4 остановки на автобусе. Номер уютный, есть всё, что нужно для туриста, завтрак европейский, обслуживание очень понравилось, персонал вежливый.
Отрицательных моментов не было.

Я оставалась в этом отеле с 2022 года на постоянной основе, советовала его всем своим друзьям и родственникам. Но не могу не заметить насколько же ухудшилось качество и выросла стоимость (неоправданно).
Моё последнее пребывание было ужасным, грязный ковролин, грязные стены, страшно было потерять тапочку, находясь внутри номера.
Одним словом разочарование!
Вежливый и участливый персонал. Удобство парковки.
Ковролин в номере в пятнах. Гигиенический душик в санузле подкапывал. Приходилось подтерать.
