Отличное расположение, чисто, уютно, приветливый персонал.

Cons:

На дороге идут ремонтные работы, что создавало неудобства, но это временно и наверняка скоро закончат.

Уютный небольшой отель для отдыха в центре Еревана.
Pros:

Уютно по домашнему

Cons:

Всё хорошо, только немного помешал ремонт дороги рядом с отелем, не сразу нашли. Но как нашли, больше не теряли 😉

Pros:

Proche du centre , personnel agréable et souriant et chambre spacieuse et propre

Cons:

Les prises près du lit étaient cassées , les télés non fonctionnelles, bruit très fort le vendredi et samedi soir ambiance boîte de nuit !

Leider wurde die Unterkunft storniert 😠 so das wir sehr spontan andere Unterkunft suchen mussten. Sonst hätte uns das schon gut gefallen. Ich selbst habe diese nicht storniert.

オーナーは私のために、よくやってくれました。WhatsAppでやりとりしてました。LCCの搭乗のための書類の印刷を快くしてくれました。部屋は清潔で広さも充分です。また、いろいろな場所に近く便利です。

Cons:

残念なのは窓のカーテンを開けられないこと。私の泊まった部屋のカーテンを開けるとすぐ前がカフェでそこの客と顔を会わせてしまう。このホテルに泊まるときはカフェに面しない部屋を希望したほうが良い

Pros:

Отель расположен в центре города, персонал вежливый и исполнительный. Во дворе отеля есть бар, если кому то надо перекусить или выпить. Все достопримечательности центральной части можно посетить пешком. Завтрак не заказывали, такой необходимости не было. Цена за проживание однозначно соответствует заведению.

Cons:

Отель маленький с небольшими номерами, но считать это недостатком будет некорректно, поскольку изначально нужно было переночевать две ночи с возможностью посвятить полный день Еревану. Для такой задачи отель подходит отлично.

Overall satisfied, would use again!
Pros:

The location was very good, very close to the city center, but due to its location there was some noise from the street, not too much though.
I liked the entrance courtyard with the little cafe/bar.

Cons:

The shower has a fixed glass and plenty of water would come out during our shower. There was a bath mat outside which would get wet, so I would reccomend to change those daily so more comfort.l
