Not really what we hoped for.
Pros:

Was near to the central train station and only a 10CHF Uber fare to get there or back. The bed linen was clean and aircon made a very warm day comfortable at night when the window had to be kept closed. The surrounding area is a main nightclub/bar and Restaurant area for the inner city so is convenient for that reason as well but can be noisy even to 4am.
The Hotel is attached to a very good Restaurant specialising in Chinese and other Asian dishes.

Cons:

The room ( #4 ) as supplied had a number of significant issues with the presentation and items supplied. The shower recess was not properly cleaned with empty containers and sachets on the floor, the shower and hand basin cleaning soap and shampoos dispensers (3) were all empty, the TV did not work likewise the room safe and a luggage rack was detached from the wall and not able to be used.
When I raised these issues at the time with a down stairs manager I was assured that the cleaning team would be directed to fix the issues the next day, before the next guests, I do hope so.

Leider keine Fotos gemacht- ich wollte so schnell wieder raus und bin nicht geblieben.
Pros:

* Sehr gute Lage
* Freundlicher und verständnisvoller Chef vor Ort

Cons:

* Zimmer stark verschmutzt und roch modrig
* Heizung defekt, Zimmer extrem heiss
* Bilder entsprechen nicht der Realität
* Safe kaputt
* Musste kurzfristig eine andere Unterkunft für über CHF 360.– buchen

Cons:

Forte odeur de fumée froide qui n’a pas disparu malgré aération. Nous avons demandé de changer de chambre, mais on nous a répondu qu’aucune autre n’était disponible.

I will return to this good hotel room, nicely located
Pros:

Great location on Helvetiaplatz, with several good restaurants nearby and its walking distance to Europaallee. Room was clean, comfortable, and nicely styled, if a bit functional.

Cons:

I didn’t have to use the self check-in machine but it sounded complicated. I came through the restaurant and the nice staff there checked me in.
