Ótimo lugar para ficar!
Pros:

O quarto é muito lindo, o check in é muito fácil e é bem localizado.

Cons:

A porta do banheiro não estava fixa na parte superior, mas não tinha risco de cair, só era difícil abrir e fechar.

Pros:

The restaurant owner who resides downstairs from the hotel was extremely welcoming and friendly. We were able to put our luggage down in his restaurant before check-in and after check-out.

Cons:

AC wasn't too strong and the shower glass pane kept moving when taking a shower.

Nur für eine Nacht
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt neben dem Volkshaus und Langstrasse. Check-In ist automatisch und super einfach.
Für eine kurze Nacht ok.

Cons:

Das Apartment ist ziemlich ringhörig. Die Küche wäre recht gut leider gibt es keine Utensilien um wirklich etwas zu kochen oder essen. Pfannen und Teller gibt es zwar aber es hatte nur ein Brotmesser und eine Normale Gabel. Nicht einmal ein komplettes Besteck-Set.
Die Mikrowelle war schmutzig.
Im Schlafzimmer gibt es keine Nachttischlampen. Es hat auch keine Türe so dass von der Küche her schon früh morgens Licht in das Zimmer fällt. Die Dusche ist brauchbar aber nur semi gut.
Der Fernseher ist im Vorführmodus, so dass ständig ein vertikaler Banner über das Bild springt.

Escasos elementos, no funcionaba la caja de seguridad, pedimos arreglo y nunca vinieron, la limpieza del ingreso al edificio (sector ascensor), era mala.

Cons:

За посудой надо было спускаться в ресторан , весь викенд под окнами до пол ночи был праздник дня Ганы. Так что поспать было сложно из-за огромного шума. Отель не виноват и, но предупредить гостей заранее стоило

Die Unterkunft war viel besser als die Bewertungen vermuten ließen. Wenn die Renovierungsarbeiten abgeschlossen sind, wird es bestimmt besser.

Cons:

Einziger Kritikpunkt: Es roch so intensiv nach frischer Farbe, dass es wahrscheinlich gesundheitsgefährdend war. Ich musste zwingend das Fenster offen lassen, wodurch es laut und mückig war, aber ich musste zum Glück sehr früh abreisen.

Pros:

The location of the property was great. Easy access to shops, landmarks and transport. The staff was very nice and helpful. We asked if it was possible to leave our luggage at the accommodation and go back later for the check in as we arrived in the morning. They gave us the option to leave our luggage at their restaurant and let us check in earlier.
