Maravilloso
Pros:

Es un lugar muy tranquilo y maravilloso, es increíble que solo cruzas la calle y ya esta el mar, el personal que me atendió fue muy amable y atento conmigo, la zona donde se ubica es muy segura, camine de noche por las calles y sin tema, muy tranquilo sin duda me volvería a hospedar aquí.

Creo que en las instalaciones del hotel hace falta iluminación en la alberca externa y en la que está en parte superior.

Tranquilidad al máximo.
Pros:

Al ser un hotel.pequeño pude disfrutar de mucha tranquilidad que era lo que buscábamos, su área de playa estuvo excelente pues tienen pocas mesas, sillas y camastros por lo que no hay tanta gente colo en otros lugares de los alrededores aún siendo temporada alta. La comida de su restaurante me pareció deliciosa.

Cons:

Pedimos la ahniatación De Luxe com cama extragrande y pensamos que sería como en las fotos que muestran, pero no. El baño es muy pequeño. La tela que cubre la cama estaba un poco sucia y las fundas de las almohadas también, incluso una estaba manchada de amarillo,.

La peor experiencia en Booking
Pros:

Si algo bueno había, queda borrado por la mala experiencia que me hicieron vivir.
Nunca me había pasado en Booking

Cons:

Ocupando una " palapa" disfrutando la hamaca ( ya tenía un rato de estar ahí) alguien del personal llega con otra " cliente" y me pide ese lugar porque según estaba " reservado" , la cliente señala que lo " apartó con $". En ningún momento se me comentó que se podía " apartar" con $ un espacio que debe ser por igual para cualquier cliente. Y si es así porque no me lo comentaron al llegar al lugar por parte de la encargada. Y no está escrito tampoco en las " reglas de hospedaje" del lugar.
La verdad me hicieron sentir muy mal

bien con lo detalles que especifico unicamente
Cons:

falta un poco mas de limpieza y descuidado llaves de lavabo, en la segunda reservación menciona vista al mar o no me di cuanta al ultimo no me la dieron, se supone que por eso es mas costosa que la primer reservación, la segunda habitación la chapa de la puerta de la entrada estaba fallando, para descansar estuvo muy tranquilo no hubo ruido, esas observaciones la ubicación muy bien estuvimos en el centro de convenciones, la playa esta pasando la calle, baja uno por el restauran, la playa muy bien
