Het personeel was vriendelijk

Cons:

De suite was een normale kamer met bad waar de kraan het niet van deed
Alles was in slechte staat in de slaapkamer, er zaten vlekken in de lakens
En het ontbijt was minimaal en werd niet aangevuld
We gaan er geen 2e keer naartoe

U need to make some changes on some rooms as u going to lose ur customers

Bath is so small u cannot fitt into it.
Furniture saim very old
No shampoo first night
Bed sheet has holes in it
Windows not clean.spaider web araound and dust.
Remote tv has grease on it.i had to clean it myself
Very expensive for the facilities i had

Très bon séjour!
Pros:

L'hôtel est bien situé au coeur d'Affligem. La chambre était spacieuse et agréable, nous n'avons pas du tout été dérangé par du bruit. C'était parfait pour un week-end hors de Bruxelles. Le petit-déjeuner était très bon!

Cons:

Le prix du déjeuner, un peu cher.

Bonne literie, accueil sympathique

Cons:

On a pas pu se doucher... Impossible d'actionner la douchette c'était complètement grippé... Impossible de prendre un bain non plus... Le bouchon fourni était trop petit! On entendait tout ce qu'il ce passait dehors (lieu bruyant de fête) mais aussi et surtout dans les autres chambres... J'ai même entendu les tonalités d'un appel que passait un voisin de chambre.. infernal

Arrivée à 21h30 personne nous avons attendu 25 min avec que qqn arrive en téléphonant à un numéro indiqué sur une feuille en papier provisoire
Nous avons été logé dans une annexe de l hôtel
