Pros:

The staff and the bar area

Cons:

The room was called a Superior, but it should be called a standard room. Room 203. It was near the pool so the curtain had to remain closed making the room dark and claustrophbic. We tried to change but the hotel was full. The main noise came from being close to the bar/ restaurant where chairs and tables were constantly being moved causing a loud scraping noise.
There are better rooms facing outward, I would try and get one of them. Rooms along the side of the pool 201,203,205, 207 etc are all called Superior but should be avoided.

Sehr freundliches Personal, schönes Ambiente, Abendessen und Frühstück war innerhalb unsere 5 Urlaubstage sehr gut.

Cons:

Wir hatten eine Suite, Geräusche im Flur und vom Fitnessraum hörte man morgens deutlich, Schlaf wurde immer wieder unterbrochen. Auch die Geräusche der Wasserleitung vom Nachbarzimmer war deutlich zu hören.

Pros:

Le personnel est accueillant et la nourriture est bonne. Aussi, l'hôtel en lui-même ainsi que les espaces de détente et de fitness sont bien entretenus et correspondent au standard attendu.

Cons:

L'emplacement laisse vraiment à désirer quand on voit la plage se situant devant l'hôtel. Il n'y a pas de "valet parking" comme indiqué dans la description ou de transats réservés à la plage. L'autre point négatif ce sont les chambres : bien qu'elles soient propres et bien entretenues, elles ne correspondent pas à un standard 5 étoiles de ce prix (j'ai enchaîné sur un autre 5 étoiles en Crète, certes un peu plus cher, mais la différence était saisissante).

Enfin, le fait que l'hôtel me demande un surplus de 60 euros pour un "late check-out" alors que personne ne reprenait la chambre après moi m'a laissé un petit goût amer.

En somme, une expérience correcte mais qui laisse à désirer vu le prix.

Insgesamt gutes Boutique Hotel direkt an der Strand Promenade.
Pros:

Netter Pool, abends teilweise Live Musik, gute Lage direkt gegenüber dem Strand. Parken vor dem Hoel direkt problematisch, aber hinter dem Hotel ohne Stress zu finden und kostenlos.

Cons:

Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer oberhalb der Rezeption zur Straße hin, was früh morgens sehr Laut war. Die Zimmertür war wohl das Problem welche einen Zentimeter hohen Spalt über dem Boden hatte und nicht isoliert war. Morgens hat man sehr früh sämtlichen Geräusche (inkl. Klappern des Geschirrs) aus der nahe gelegenen Küche gehört. An schlaffen war dann nicht wirklich mehr zu denken. Man hatte uns aber angeboten das Zimmer zu wechseln.

We loved the proximity to the beach - literally across the road. Beautiful beach, shallow water and lots of beds to hire for reasonable price.
Staff at the hotel couldn’t be more helpful and were constantly asking if there was anything else they could do for us.

Cons:

There’s a sign up saying please don’t reserve sun beds but despite this, most beds by the pool were taken by 7:30/7:45am in the morning. Not an issue for us as we preferred the beach and obviously was more about the guests than the hotel - maybe it was only the week we were there.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Aloe Boutique Hotel and genuinely couldn’t fault it.

The hotel itself is beautiful and spotlessly clean, with lovely modern rooms and a beautiful pool area which was perfect for relaxing. It’s also in a great location, with plenty of really good local restaurants within easy walking distance.

The food and drinks at the hotel were excellent, and the waiting staff were always attentive, friendly and welcoming.

What really made our stay special, though, was the staff. Every single member of the team was incredible — genuinely friendly, helpful and always happy to go the extra mile. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. They helped us with taxi bookings, gave us some brilliant local recommendations for restaurants and places to visit, and made us feel really well looked after throughout our stay.

The whole hotel has such a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Beautiful pool, lovely rooms, great food and drinks, fantastic location and, most importantly, an amazing team of staff.

We had a brilliant stay and would absolutely recommend Aloe Boutique Hotel. We’d happily return in the future. **5 stars!**

Πάρα πολύ ωραίο δωμάτιο, άνετο, καθαρό και με ωραία θέα.
Το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό.
Η κοπέλα του μασαζ εξαιρετική.

Cons:

Δε μου άρεσε το γεγονός ότι το μεγαλύτερο ποσοστό του προσωπικού δε μιλούσε ελλήνικα.
Επιπλέον, ο υπάλληλος του ξενοδοχείου που μας συνόδεψε στο δωμάτιο δεν μετέφερε καμία από τις αποσκευές μας.

Hotel ben situat, instalacions bones.

Cons:

El poc respecte amb el soroll. Mouen les cadires de la terrassa amb un soroll horrible i la música del bar està sempre on, quan tenen el mar al davant i haurien de disfrutar del seu soroll i de la natura.
