Hôtel dans demeure de charme et joli parc
Pros:

Belle Chambre et lits très confortables.
Salle de bains spacieuse et propre
Bon emplacement
Piscine ( elle se situe à l’extérieur dans un autre bâtiment)

Cons:

Pour un hôtel qui se veut plutôt luxueux, les prestations n’y sont pas. Ce que l’on excuse à un hôtel ** on ne l’excuse pas pour un ****.
Par exemple rupture de beurre au petit déjeuner… c’est un détail mais la différence est souvent dans ces détails là.

Pros:

Обслужването и храната в ресторанта бяха супер, порциите бяха големи и с качествени продукти. Цялостно комплексът беше добре поддържан, с доста дървета и достатъчно сянка, има детска площадка и басейн. Стаята беше просторна и чиста, имаше хладилник и климатик. Рецепционистите също бяха много мили.

Едната сервитьорка на закуска се издаде, че диспенсъра за вода се пълни от чешмата.

Es ist ein wunderschönes Hotel in einer tollen Gegend
Pros:

Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel mit einem tollen Garten und einer ruhigen Lage. Der Parkplatz ist inklusive und das Frühstück ist sehr gut.
Zimmer sind groß und man kann sich sogar spezielle Kopfkissen bestellen. Wir haben auch ohne sehr gut geschlafen und würden immer wieder gerne kommen.

Cons:

Da gibt es nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat!

Pros:

O locație foarte frumoasă și primitoare, cu o atmosferă plăcută, de familie. La capitolul curățenie, însă, se mai poate lucra, în special în locurile mai puțin vizibile. Am găsit câteva fire de păr pe pernă și în baie, iar în frigider era, din păcate, un raft rupt. Micul dejun a fost acceptabil, însă destul de repetitiv și cu puține opțiuni. De asemenea, am găsit și câteva căni care nu erau suficient de curate.

Acestea sunt, de altfel, singurele aspecte care ne-au deranjat. În rest, recomand locația și atmosfera caldă, specifică unei afaceri de familie.

I’m sorry to see how much this resort has declined after coming here for so many years. The bed linen is old and of poor quality; it looks as though it has been washed by hand.

At the inn, the quality of the food has dropped significantly. There are far too many flies, and a kitten with a tumor on its eye is allowed to roam freely among the tables, which is not appropriate for a restaurant.

The ayran tastes like bland yogurt mixed with water, and the dishes are very oily. The service is also very slow and delayed.

It’s such a shame to see this resort decline like this.

Beautiful grounds and a great room, let down by inconsistent housekeeping and maintenance.

Cons:

Breakfast was disappointing with very limited variety, and the dining room felt cramped. We had a power outage one morning. Although the property is marketed as a 4-star resort on Booking.com, our room was actually in the 3-star section. The bathroom needs better maintenance - the shower head leaked from the top and there was visible mold on the tiles around the tub. There were no coffee/tea facilities in the room by default. Housekeeping was inconsistent: after the first night, our room wasn't properly cleaned again, only towels were replaced and trash emptied. Welcome water bottles were also not replenished during the stay.
We arrived around 7 PM to find our daughter's extra bed unmade. Although it may have been a booking error, the evening staff refused to set it up, stating that the responsible employee had already gone home. Refusing to assist guests in the evening is poor customer service.
