初秋の足利素晴らしいロケーション。
Pros:

5階でしたが、ばんな寺を見下ろす素晴らしいロケーション。場所は本当に便利で足利観光にはとてもいいと思います。設備は古いですがとても清潔。

Cons:

朝食が出来合いのものが多く少し残念したが、パンもごはんもバナナもサラダもあり、無料ですので、このお値段ではなかなかないかと思います。

ロケーションが良く、朝食付きでコスパが良かったです。スタッフの対応が非常に良くまた利用したくなるホテルでした。
Pros:

ロケーションがよく、足利宮は目の前で足利学校は徒歩5分で散歩で気軽に訪れることができました。駐車場も無料で広く夕食時には車での外出も問題なく、大変満足でした。館内でのサービス（温度管理やWellCome珈琲や無料の新聞配布等）も大変満足です。客室内も個別空調やウォシュレット付き便座など快適でした。

Cons:

館内の設備は古いものの、不便は感じませんでした。ただベッドのスプリングが若干硬い気がしました。あくまで個人の感想です。外国人向けの観光案内は（英語で）充実していましたが、日本人向けの観光案内パンフの充実がほしいです。
