Pros:

Location was excellent, we just stayed overnight to break up our journey. Would be lovely to stay for longer. Good facilities although we didn’t have time to make the most of them.

Pros:

Lots for families, 3 dining style options and plenty outdoor space. Check in and evening staff were brilliant.

Cons:

The bed was poor, they tried to cover up the worn mattress by putting a duvet on then a sheet, but I could still easy feel how worn it was. The bed also had a very noticeable dip making it quite uncomfortable. The breakfast/ check out staff were disappointing.

Location was good

Cons:

When we arrived, there was a bus load of tourists. The reception looked very chaotic. Staff were overwhelmed. I didn't even know where to stand in the queue. This could have been managed better.
The mattress was not great.
Was astonished to learn the last serving on bar diner was 8.30 pm.
I thought the price was expensive to the room

It was ok - we won’t stay in that room again
Pros:

The hotel is lovely , we’ve stayed a few times .

Cons:

The room would best be described as a box room , its tiny , it smelt of dog pee and had black dog hairs on the covers , our dog is brown .
