Pros:

The manor hotel exceeded expectations! The hotel room itself was v clean with a comfortable bed. The staff were welcoming and friendly. I had a meal at the restaurant in the hotel and the food was delicious! Everything was cooked to perfection and the staff attentive and friendly. The hotel was tranquil and the location was ideal for exploring the area further. Would definitely recommend!!

A good comfortable stay
Pros:

the hotel is a small seaside hotel. It isn't fancy and some of the decor is a bit dated. The staff, rooms, food and general ambiance are great though. I had a good stay

Cons:

decor is a bit dated

Relaxing, in a lovely setting.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, with some missing item on the buffet (Norfolk strawberries in August at every roadside stall, but not in the buffet). Ignore the printed menu and go for your own choices. Bed was comfortable and room heat at end of August was OK Position on quay was excellent. Restaurant was good, and my uncooked vegetables were compensated for with a free pudding. Staff were generally excellent.

Cons:

Hotel is quite pricey at that time of year, but not ridiculous. Otherwise all OK.

Very enjoyable.
Pros:

Location was excellent. Breakfast was very good -using locally sourced products.

Cons:

Preferred toast at end of meal not early. Better to have order taken for the meal a little quicker, thus avoiding long waits for cooked breakfast,

Best view, great staff, good food. Rooms far too small and hotel needs upgrade!
Pros:

The location was superb. The staff very cheerful.

Cons:

The rooms were tiny. No view. We were woken every morning by a ringing sound which we were told was the oven. Wash basin didn’t drain properly even though it was reported. Up stairs was very tatty with chipped paint.

A very pleasant place to celebrate our wedding anniversary thank you
Pros:

Food very good and staff friendly. Our room was quite small but manageable and a good sized bathroom with a powerful shower. We loved the courtyard area and the lounge areas were particularly nice

Cons:

Room quite small but not really a problem as only staying one night also it’s an old building.
