Location and lots of space
No room fridge to keep drinks cold
We love the location and the friendly but efficient service.
Rooms are quiet and comfortable, those of the courtyard have the advantage of being able to park close to your door.
Nothing much, that is why we have visited 3 times in 3 years
Location and amenities
Nothing worth mentioning
The hotel was in a perfect location.
Very clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and professional.
We ate in the bar area and the food was excellent.

Lovely hotel and chilled vibe. Food good. Staff all friendly. Will go again.
Nothing
We really like this hotel and have stayed a few times. They are very dog friendly and the garden rooms are a really good size and ideal for dogs. Bar area is really nice and generally the staff are friendly and helpful - we had one slightly grumpy one at breakfast.
They do have veggie options but they are not terribly inspiring. A couple of extra options would be great but overall nothing to really complain about
Position and decor
No fridge a little stuffy
Lovely location, very clean and well furnished comfortable room and beautiful gardens and flowers. Lovely breakfast with lots of choice. Staff ultra friendly and welcoming.
All was good.
Quality throughout
Location and layout comfortable
Excellent furnishings
Liked everything
Love the situation, convenience of parking outside room, friendliness of the staff and quality of the food.
Thought that the cost of a 3 night stay, delightful though it was in most respects was expensive. The £20 per night for the dog also bumped up the cost. It was over £300 per night room only although we were then given breakfast. Also the dog was charged for before arrival, rather than on departure.
Lovely well maintained inside and out- location excellent! Staff well trained and most helpful and pleasant
Cost and portion size of dinner in the restaurant
The location was excellent for walks and beautiful views, the hotel had a very relaxing atmosphere inside and out, with lovely gardens perfect for dogs and unwinding in.
Our room was next to the boiler room, the lobby got very hot so did our room also the back windows were right next to the outside seating area which meant we had to keep them closed most of the time.
Location, cleanliness, helpful staff, outside as well maintained as inside!
Dinner in the restaurant was small portions and seriously overpriced
The location, the staff and the relaxed atmosphere. Lots of lovely places to sit. Good food.
There was parking in front of our room which at times was noisy.
The food was very good and tasty
The pillows were well past their best, hard and lumpy
A little gem in Blakeney. the room was fantastic and the staff make the place. Attentive, friendly and helpful
B'fast was excellent. The staff were pleasant. helpful and professional. Dinners were good and on a par price wise with most similar establishments.
The decor was tired in places. We have being going here for several years and little has changed. On arriving I wanted to check that the requests we had made in the pre booking process were OK. The restaurant manager was a bit abrupt when I asked to confirm the table we had booked and it was only when he realised that we had pre-booked and were staying guests that his manner changed. I am sure he was tired but that wasn't an excuse for his initial attitude. Staff were pleasant but some areas needed a clean up like the outside tables. Also disabled access was not always easy.
