This is very beautiful place. Personnel is very professional. Restaurant is very good, dishes are very tasty, breakfast is rich and also tasty. The park is big and good for walking.
Majoituspaikka (linna ja sen puutarha) itsessään oli jo hieno kokemus. Perhehuone sijaitsi linnan ylimmässä kerroksessa, josta avautui hieno näköala linnan puutarhaan. Henkilökunta ystävällistä. Aamupala hyvä.
Ērta, liela gulta. Vanna. Pie pils atrodas plašs parks pastaigām, zirgu stallis izjādēm ar zirgu. To izmantojām. Labs restorāns pilī un vienkārša, bet omulīga kafejnīca lejā pie ūdens, netālu no pils. Ūdenstornis pie pils, tajā noteikti jāuzkāpj.
Nav tā, ka kaut kas nepatika, bet uzlabot varētu pievienojot nelielu palielināmo grozāmo spoguli vannas istabā. Būtu priecīgi, ja numuriņā būtu elektriskā tējkanna, tēja un kafija (paciņās).
Įspūdingo grožio vieta, puikus personalas, skanus maistas.

Nice castle and lots of activities, kids especially enjoyed the stables, horse ride and swimming. Very beautiful property.
We booked 2 rooms but 1 was plenty for us, after we paid we got an extra charge after for a bed that was already in there. That was unpleasant surprise but they accommodated a free swim in the castle which we enjoyed. But for the second night we wished to stay in the castle(we booked the Gardner's house without realizing, our own fault) but it was a quick no sadly :(
Schloss liegt romantisch in einem riesigen natürlichen Park mit Badeweiher. In der Suite fühlten wir uns wie die Schlossherrschaft.
Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und stach auch sehr positiv ins Auge. In besonderer Erinnerung bleibt uns der frisch geschnittene Fruchtsalat.
Nach warmen Tagen heizt sich das Zimmer auf, was unseren Schlaf beeinträchtigt hat.
The historical value of this property was a special feature of staying at this Grand Castle. The Castle is well maintained and has a fascinating history. The walking trails were excellent to explore and enjoy. The Staff was VERY accommodating and provided an Outstanding Bfest!! We used this place as a base to explore the beaches and other local attractions.
This is a country place, so there is nothing else out near (walking) the Castle you will need to drive.
Restaurante, el entorno. Estancia en un lugar fantástico, un palacete con dos siglos de historia y que conserva el encanto de sus orígenes, pese a haber sido reconstruido ha mantenido su original disposición. Muebles, decoración.. todo muy antiguo, y bonito.
El entorno muy cuidado. Unos jardines espectaculares e instalaciones complementarias muy buenas para descansar y disfrutar de la naturaleza y la tranquilidad.
El mejor descanso en 15 días en los tres países bálticos.
El mantener unas instalaciones de hace dos siglos supone no tener ascensor, y son tres plantas.
Birinu Pils tarjoaa mahdollisuuden kokea entisajan ylellisyyttä, kartano ja sen ympäristö ovat kuin elokuvasta ja hintataso on edullinen verrattuna perushotelleihin. Tämä kannattaa kokea.

The castle and its gardens are beautiful. The location is great, enough parking and definitely a feel of being in a castle / manor.
The service was... well, nowhere to be found. When arrived, a very grumpy receptionist appeared, gave us keys and dissapeared without explaining anything (i.e. breakfast). The breakfast both days were missing - people staying at the hotel ate all the food, and the kitchen could not catch up to fill the breakfast table. That meant waiting for 30mins for a cofee machine to be fixed, then for some food to appear and so on. In the reception, there was never anyone there. When we wanted to check the check out or breakfast time, each time it involved wondering around and looking for someone. During the dinner, there were also too little waiters for the number of guests which meant waiting for drinks and food for ages. Also note, that if you book a room, it wont be necessarily at the castle, but might be in a house next to the castle. So all in all, a beautiful castle but the service should be much improved.
