Deliziosa e calorosa accoglienza, con grande delicatezza e attenzione ai dettagli. Struttura pulita con una piacevole piccola piscina per rinfrescare le ore dopo le passeggiate. Ottima la colazione. Posizione comoda per raggiungere Trento, il lago di Garda, il MART di Rovereto e molti altri posti.

This hotel is made by PEOPLE. Wonderful people!
From the very first moment, you can see that the staff at Villaggio Hotel Aquila do not treat guests as reservation numbers. Here, you genuinely feel welcome. When we arrived we were welcomed and hosted by very friendly people, they show us around and explain everything.
The reception team deserves a special mention – 11/10. For them, nothing is impossible. One of the days we asked to borrow a bowl to prepare a salad in the garden - and received two bowls, cutlery, bread, a serving plate, and napkins. We ordered a beer and it arrived in a perfectly chilled glass. The reception staff also recommended fantastic places to visit nearby and help us with every small detail we asked.
The ladies in the restaurant greet everyone with a smile, are incredibly kind and helpful, and make every morning start perfectly. They also everyday greet our dog when seen outside with such a warm “Amore!” ❤️
And the breakfast? Absolutely outstanding! A huge variety of sweet and savoury options, fresh fruit, pastries, local specialties, and excellent strong coffee. There is something for everyone. Even gluten and lacto free options!
The hotel provides a Trentino Guest Card, which gives access to numerous attractions, museums, events, castles, and activities throughout the region.
One of the highlights is the magnificent Castel Beseno, which dominates the valley and can be seen from the hotel. It is definitely worth a visit! We spend there two amazing hours.
The entire property is beautifully maintained. The swimming pool is clean, the water is fresh and pleasantly mild, and there are toys and games available for children. At the entrance of the poo you have feet sanitiser. Around the pool and garden there are lovely relaxation areas where we even enjoyed a picnic.

Perfektní personál. Po příjezdu, kdy jste unavení, vám hned na recepci nabídnou zdarma něco k pití a malý zákusek. Na pokoji máte další malý bonus pro každého - malé chipsy a půl litru balené vody (opět zdarma). Po příjezdu další den, kdy je velké vedro, potkáte recepčního o a ten vám jen tak mimochodem strčí s úsměvem do ruky nanuk. Jsou to drobnosti, ale dokážou velmi potěšit.
Pokoje jsou denně uklízeny, čisté, na pokoji smart TV a větrák, i když ve vedru by člověk více ocenil klimu.

Tolles Frühstück.

Wir haben auf unserer Radreise hier einen Stop gemacht. Das gesamte Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich, wir wurden sehr gut empfangen.
Was uns besonders gefallen hat:
Ein gratis Upgrade, die Betten waren sehr bequem, das Frühstück ist sehr sehr lecker, es gab das üblich herzhafte und ein mega Kuchen Buffet mit 8 Kuchen, Croissants, Waffeln, Crepes..., der Pool war toll, es gab extra Poolhandtücher. Der Chef kam abends am Pool vorbei mit Eis und verteilte es an alle. Es gab eine fahrrad Garage mit Steckdosen. Es war sehr ruhig im zimmer und man konnte es git abdunkeln. Wir konnten später auschecken. Was will man mehr es war echt super.

Alles was wir für unsern Zwischenstop brauchten haben wir bekommen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber , was der Frau sehr gut gefallen hat. Der Service ist sehr hilfsbereit und mit dem Shuttleservice zum Essen wirklich eine gelungene Überraschung. Ein wirklich abwechslungsreiches Frühstück, was keine Wünsche offen lässt. Der Service arbeitet eindeutig zu viel von morgens bis spät abends, ist uns aufgefallen. Dabei ist der Service sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.. ein großes Dankeschön dafür das man auch nach 20:30 Uhr , wenn die Rezeption eigentlich schon Feierabend hat, noch Unterstützung bekommt.
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.. Danke Pietro und Mattia ;-) weiter so.

Das Haus bietet alles, was man für eine Übernachtung braucht. Wir haben das Hotel auf dem Weg in die Toskana gebucht. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles ist sehr sauber. Das Haus hat seinen ganz eigenen Charme. Es bietet auch draußen Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten sowie einen Pool. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist außergewöhnlich und bietet vor allem eine große Auswahl an hausgemachten Backwaren vom Croissant bis zum Strudel. Besonders erwähnenswert ist die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter von der Rezeption über den Service bis zu den Reinigungskräften. Das Haus bietet zwar nur Frühstück an, in der Nähe findet man aber Restaurants. Wir können das Hotel wirklich empfehlen.

Atmosfären, vänlig personal. Vänliga och hjälpsamma på alla sätt. Mycket omsorg. Mycket fin pool. Frukosten var i överflödets tecken – en söt symfoni av bakverk som förvandlade morgonen till en högtid. Wienerbröd, söta munkar och allt man kan drömma om. Vi behövde inte äta på tre dar efter denna frukost.
