Excelente atención, muy atentos, buenas instalaciones y rico desayuno. Habitación cómoda y excelente ubicación.

Jorge und sein Team sind super nett und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Die Anlage ist zudem sehr schön und auch mit kleinen Kindern sehr zu empfehlen. Vor allem der Pool ist mit Kindern super, da er unterschiedliche Tiefen hat. Es gibt sogar einen Bereich, in dem kleinere Kinder schon selbst stehen können. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und das Frühstück wirklich lecker.

Jorge hat uns eine kleine Wanderung direkt um die Ecke vom Hotel empfohlen. Dort haben wir nicht nur die eine oder andere schöne Bucht gefunden sondern auch eine Familie von 10-12 Affen in den Baumwipfeln beobachten können.

Mit dem Auto sind es zum Strand (Playa Carillo) nur wenige Minuten, sodass man auch mal schnell zum Strand fahren kann. Der Strand ist zudem auch sehr schön und weniger touristisch als andere Strände (keine Hotelanlagen etc.). Da man vor Ort nichts kaufen kann, muss man sein Essen und seine Getränke selbst mitbringen, was uns aber überhaupt nicht stört.

Wir mussten zudem eine Tour, die Jorge für uns gebucht hatte, aufgrund eines ärztlichen Notfalls ganz kurzfristig absagen. Jorge hat sowohl die Tour für uns umgebucht (30 Minuten vorher) und auch den Kontakt zu einem Arzt (außerhalb der regulären Öffnungszeiten) hergestellt. Besser hätte es auch zu Hause nicht ablaufen können.

Wir haben uns wirklich gut aufgehoben gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. :)

Poder hospedarme con mis perritos es el plus mas grande cuando son saliditas así rápidas.

El desayuno estuvo muy bueno, y las habitaciones son amplias y muy cómodas, la piscina es reconfirtante después de un día de playita.

Hotel Amira was our first experience of Costa Rican hositality after landing in the country and driving to the coast. We had a fantastic stay, staff were very friendly and helpful and could not do enough to make our stay comfortable.

Jorge was brilliant and made us feel very welcome. The room and hotel facilities are very pleasant and the breakfast was as good as previous reviewers state.

Would definitely go back. Check out the local Soda and Argentinian steak restaurant whilst you're there!

The hotel is very cosy, all the rooms having the view towards the pool and the inner court. The Carillo beach is about 800m from the hotel.
The rooms a very large, with conditioned air and all the needed facilities. The beds are very comfortable and large.
The pool allowed us to relax and enjoy the sun of the evenings after coming back from the beach.
The breakfast was delicios and the food was very tasty for all the types (typical, american, pancakes etc.), as well the beverages were fresh and tasty (delicious smoothies and coffee).
One special word about the staff... they were fantastic from the first moment we arrived. Friendly, helpful, sociable... very pleasant to discuss with them.

Unglaubliches Frühstück! Man bekommt alles was das Herz begehrt. Sehr nettes Personal, Pool ist sauber und groß sowie die Zimmer! Ein verstecktes Juwel!
