Das Haus befindet sich in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums von Chemnitz. Mein Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Wir waren nur zwei Tage in Chemnitz. Für den Zweck war alles tipptopp. Günstig, sauber, schöne Zimmer, freundliches Pers
Pros:

Gute Lage. Bahnhof und Innenstadt gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zimmer schön und geräumig und sauber. War alles vorhanden was man braucht.

Cons:

Marmelade und Honig in kleinen wegwerfbehältnissen . (Nicht umweltfreundlich)

Das zimmer super schön gross.frühstück klasse top.obst frische spiegel eier,genug aufschnitt,seöbst die würstchen und selbsgemachte ei mit tomate köstlich..müsli,was süsses auch natürlich genug da..das zimmer war mit möbel und sitzmöglichkeit ausgestattet..restautamt war auch vorhanden,bus zur inmenstadt direkt vor ort..preislich völlig hervorragend...

Cons:

Trotz fenster zu war es laut.. der waschbecken da ging der stöpsel nicht mehr auf..kaputte bettlacken mehrere löcher..

Ładnie urzadzony przestrzenny pokój, wyposażony w czajnik, kawę i herbatę. Duże łóżko, dwie kołdry. Wygłuszony pokój. Parking. Darmowy pobyt pieska. Pan zadbał, żebyśmy mieli gdzie schować rowery.

Cons:

Nie wpływa to na moją ocenę, ale nie był wytarty kurz.

Die Lage ist gut. City fussläufig in 15 Min. zu erreichen.
Parkplätze direkt am Haus.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit ist inakzeptabel. Wenn neue Gäste erwartet werden, geht man wenigstens mal mit dem Staubwedel und nem Wischer durchs Zimmer. Das Bad unter aller Kanone! Die Glasduschwand fleckig verschmiert. Seifenreste von den Vorgängern überall. Die Dusche bräuchte überhaupt ne Grundreinigung bevor man neue Gäste ins Zimmer lässt.
Frühstück ist sehr übersichtlich.
