Kasztelan, like living in your own castle.
Pros:

The elegance and care of Kasztelans staff are superb. The receptionist immediately picked up on my famished state, and while dinner would not be available for an hour, she suggested and served a chicken soup reminiscent of my mom's.

Other staff were equally attentive, especially Simon who opened the jacuzzi and salt cave for me, and quickly served an unexpected guest of mine with refreshments at dinner.

Cons:

L’hôtel est idéalement placé, cependant pour un tel prix nou nous attendions à un service de meilleure qualité.

L’emplacement est idéal, la vue sur le lac depuis le balcon était belle.

Cons:

Nous sommes arrivés un dimanche après-midi et il n’y avait pas de réception à ce moment là - nous devions faire le check in par nous même. Sachant qu’il n’y a aucun plan pour se repérer dans l’établissement c’était compliqué de se repérer. Ensuite, nous n’avions pas de savons pour les mains dans notre salle de bain (le contenant était vide). Enfin, le petit déjeuner était très simple, on s’attendait à mieux pour ce prix.

Pokój 4-osobowy bardzo przestronny, czysty, hotel godny polecenia. Grota solna w obiekcie też na swój klimat. Polecam.
