A decent choice for a two-day stay at this price
Pros:

It’s clean, though there is a sewage smell in the shower. The bed is comfortable. The room isn't new, but that’s not an issue and actually fits the character of the building well. A decent choice for a two-day stay at this price. Excellent Wi-Fi, housekeeping, and communication with reception. Street noise only dies down at night, but it’s not a major problem if you keep the window closed. There’s a nice shared balcony with two tables where you can sit in the evening and look out over the square and St. Lazarus Cathedral.

Pros:

Perfect location, room was spotless with great facilities. Loved the little balcony for morning coffee overlooking the square.

Cons:

The only issue for some might be a lack of a lift as you need to carry luggage up steps to the first floor.

Great Location and Comfortable Stay!
Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located close to the city center and just a 5-minute walk from the city beach. The room was comfortable, and there are plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. Overall, a pleasant stay in a great location!

Cons:

Unfortunately, there was an Arabian restaurant directly opposite my room, where loud music played until midnight. The noise made it almost impossible to sleep or rest comfortably.

Great location, charming older building - ask for a room overlooking the church and square!
Pros:

Boutique hotel so only 8 rooms (I think), which is always nice. Charming older building with a lovely sweeping staircase. The garden area is great for relaxing and we sat on the small balcony overlooking the square, for a yoghurt/fruit breakfast one day (bought at the supermarket). The young woman sitting in the travel office below was very pleasant and the key collection system for a 4am flight arrival worked super well.

Cons:

I stayed in room 108 right at the top of the stairs and the room was quite dark as the bedhead blocked access to open the shutters. It was also a bit cramped and the furniture seemed to be placed in spots that made movement awkward. When guests left early for flights I was awoken by them dragging suitcases loudly down the stairs. The side window looked on to a building under construction. The front two rooms overlocking the charming ancient church and square would clearly have been delightful, or the room overlooking the garden.
