Guesthouse-style comfortable hotel with an excellent location, ideal for couples and solo travelers.
Pros:

First of all, the location is excellent-right next to the Church of Saint Lazarus and just a 2–3 minute walk from Finikoudes Beach.

The rooms are comfortable, and housekeeping is provided every day. The hotel has a small but cozy garden with chairs, and a balcony is available for drying wet clothes. The hotel also features a shared terrace for guests, offering a beautiful view of the Church of Saint Lazarus.

Cons:

There were a few drawbacks as well. The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable at times. On one side of the hotel, there is an Arabic restaurant where music is played until midnight, which made it difficult to sleep. The biggest downside for me, however, was the uncomfortable pillows.

Great location, a few steps away from St. Lazarus church and the pier. Polite staff, clean. There's plenty of parking nearby for just 3 euros/day, super affordable. Loved it.

Cons:

Not accessible. There are quite a few stairs to climb to get to the room.

The location was good and people polite and helpful.

Cons:

No reception the reception is conducted by an office run by architects I believe, room keys are left in a box in the outside wall of the property no lift stairs which means if you have heavy luggage are inconvienent. No international TV channels . No safe in the room.

Pros:

Pleasant and beautiful hotel. Room a little small but comfortable, everything very clean and they came every day to keep it clean. It's very close to the beautiful Agios Lazaros church, right in the middle of the historic center and surrounded by many restaurants and cafes.

Cons:

Just across the street is a restaurant that played rather loud music in the evening.
Also in retrospect, I may have chosen a slightly less crowded location. That's a matter of personal choice and maybe you will like it.

Pros:

The best thing about this hotel is its excellent central location. It is within walking distance of the main attractions, restaurants, and the beach, which made exploring the city very convenient.

Cons:

However, there were several things that I didn’t like. First, there is no elevator, which made carrying a heavy suitcase up the stairs very difficult. As a solo traveler, there was no one available to help with the luggage.

I was also disappointed that the room description and photos were misleading. The description suggested that the windows overlooked the street, and the photos showed a view of the church. In reality, my room only overlooked a small inner courtyard, which was quite different from what I expected based on the listing.

Finally, there was a persistent unpleasant smell in the room throughout my stay, which affected the overall comfort.

Overall, the location is excellent, but I believe the hotel should provide more accurate room descriptions and address these issues to improve the guest experience.
