Travelled with my son who was playing in a local golf comp. Really nice hotel close to the course. Excellent freshly cooked full English breakfast and an excellent evening menu, great bar and great conversations with some of the locals.
Nothing, it was great value for money especially in its rural setting, parking is somewhat limited but the side street is perfectly adequate
Good location with handy EV chargers round the corner.
Hooks for coats on the back of the door. Dog friendly. Fantastic food

A lovely hotel with friendly, helpful staff. The room was fantastic - the best one that we stayed in on our trip. The bathroom was great especially as there was a bath as well as a shower.
We had dinner there which was very good too.

Breakfast was good. I usually like to have some fresh fruit salad but this wasn’t available. The bacon was a bit tough and overcooked
We didn’t like the green light in the room. It was very intrusive and interrupted sleep. We were told that this was necessary for fire safety

Great location, lovely friendly staff.
Room was a bit cramped and could have done with a fan to keep us cool in the hot weather. Windows had to be kept open but brought in some noise from equipment outside. Out meal in the restaurant was a bit disappointing but we only used it once. The other diners seemed very happy and it is clearly very popular for its food.

Because of my mobility issues, a lift or ground floor bedroom would be ideal. However, we were aware of this before booking.
