Not a wellness hotel, no wellness facilities, no air conditioning, terrible beds.
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

This "wellness hotel" has only a sauna and it is always closed and locked without explanation. This hotel is falsely advertised. It's also in the hottest part of Germany and has no air conditioning. The mattresses are horrible and will destroy your back.

Keine Lüftung im Bad. Matratzen extrem weich und dünn. Bettlaken geflickt. Wasserdruck Bad Waschbecken zu schwach. Flurtüre knallte immer explosionsartig zu. YouTube gesperrt. Mann an Rezeption unfreundlich. Mehrfach wurden wir zum Bezahlen aufgefordert, obwohl Tage vorher schon bezahlt wurde. Keine Zimmerreinigung an allen Tagen. Ausblick auf Innenhof eines Wellnesshotels nicht würdig. Steckdose Nachttisch musste mit seperaten Schalter aktiviert werden.

Der Pool ist eine Baustelle, entweder renovieren oder auffüllen und bepflanzen.

Cons:

Frühstück war bestenfalls mittelmäßig, eines der zwei Zimmer wurde die ganze Woche nicht gereinigt, nach frischen Handtüchern musste man erst fragen. Keine Klimaanlagen, bei über 20 Grad in der Nacht anstrengend.

Ich hatte laut Zimmerbeschreibung ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht. Dieses Hotel hat aber überhaupt keine Zimmer mit Balkon. Ich hätte diese Zimmer überhaupt nicht gebucht, wenn ich das gewusst hätte mit den Balkon. Für diese möchte ich auch eine Entschädigung!
