Shower head/shower doesn’t direct water very well. Seems to go everywhere.

Η πισίνα αρκετά βρώμικη στον πάτο ειδικα!Η!τουαλέτα γεμιζε νερα παντού μετά το μπάνιο κ πολλές φορές είχε άσχημη μυρωδιά!!τα ζουζούνια τα προσπερνάω...φτάνοντας πρώτη μέρα στο ψυγείο θέλαμε να βρούμε έστω ένα κρυο νερό... δυστυχώς είχε μόνο 2 κουτακια μπύρες! Μικρά πράγματα με μεγάλη αξία για μας που με κόπο πληρώσαμε τοσο ακριβό κατάλυμα για ταξίδι του μέλιτος!!

Οι παροχές σε σχέση με το κόστος της διανομής ήταν κατώτερες των προσδοκιών μας. Απεντόμωση χρειάζεται να γίνεται πιο συχνά. Μυρμήγκια έβγαιναν μέσα από τις πρίζες και περιμετρικά της πισίνας. Παντόφλες δεν υπήρχαν στις παροχές. Απαράδεκτο την ημέρα άφιξης μας να μας στείλουν μήνυμα για να μας ρωτήσουν την ώρα του check out που θα γινόταν 9 ημέρες αργότερα.

Some things I think need improvement; the pool needs a good deep clean. Also, there was no consistency to the timing with which the housekeeping staff arrived each day. During our week stay, they arrived from as early as 9:45am and as late as 2-3pm in the afternoon. The morning they arrived at 9:45am we were still asleep as we were out late the night before and wanted a sleep in. There is a flimsy ‘come back later’ sign for the door handle, but on the other side of it it says to please service the room. As we found out, it was basically impossible to keep the sign on the handle, any small breeze knocked it to the ground. If we knew they were arriving at say 11am everyday we could have worked with that. On the day we were leaving and due to check out at 11am, the staff arrived knocking at 10am and again at 10:30am, which was frustrating to say the least.

and they were pretty much unresponsive. On WhatsApp replies were very super fast. Another thing we found slightly disappointing was the check-in process. We arrived from Dublin on an early morning flight, as we live 5 hours from the airport we had travelled through the night for the flight, and had not slept in over 30hours by the time we arrived in Rhodes. Yes, check in is at 4pm, however when I stated we would be arriving around 2:30-3pm and asked if we could possibly access earlier we were told only if we paid an additional 80euro fee. So, the room was clearly available if needed, and it would have been a nice touch to have let us into it. We of course did not pay the fee and went to a restaurant to wait.
