Some things I think need improvement; the pool needs a good deep clean. Also, there was no consistency to the timing with which the housekeeping staff arrived each day. During our week stay, they arrived from as early as 9:45am and as late as 2-3pm in the afternoon. The morning they arrived at 9:45am we were still asleep as we were out late the night before and wanted a sleep in. There is a flimsy ‘come back later’ sign for the door handle, but on the other side of it it says to please service the room. As we found out, it was basically impossible to keep the sign on the handle, any small breeze knocked it to the ground. If we knew they were arriving at say 11am everyday we could have worked with that. On the day we were leaving and due to check out at 11am, the staff arrived knocking at 10am and again at 10:30am, which was frustrating to say the least.

and they were pretty much unresponsive. On WhatsApp replies were very super fast. Another thing we found slightly disappointing was the check-in process. We arrived from Dublin on an early morning flight, as we live 5 hours from the airport we had travelled through the night for the flight, and had not slept in over 30hours by the time we arrived in Rhodes. Yes, check in is at 4pm, however when I stated we would be arriving around 2:30-3pm and asked if we could possibly access earlier we were told only if we paid an additional 80euro fee. So, the room was clearly available if needed, and it would have been a nice touch to have let us into it. We of course did not pay the fee and went to a restaurant to wait.

The pool has a "fountain" that is running 24/7 and it's pretty loud. The noise makes it very difficult to fully relax in the courtyard. It's audible inside the apartment as well. Not so much it disturbed our sleep, but the noise was always there. I highly recommend the host to install a timer so it shuts off automatically at night, or even better, install a switch for it.
The kitchen is poorly equipped for preparing any meal. We didn't have to, so not a biggie, but for anyone hoping to buy groceries to prepare meals there - you'll need to be creative, as there is one small pan, one small pot, cutlery for 2 people and pretty much nothing else. But if you plan to go out to eat, this becomes a non-issue.

Neosobný prístup personálu so striktnými informáciami cez whatsapp typu: príďte..., odomknite..., zamknite...., vložte kľúče a zakódujte..., umyte riad, stiahnite slnečník, ak fúka vietor, keď nám slnečník odfúklo (netrávite celý deň v suite a nečakáte na vietor - pohľadajte ho). Pri príchode nefungoval kávovar, na upozornenie sme dostali otázku, či sme ho pokazili my... Veľká kuchynská linka takmer so žiadnym vybavením: dve šálky na kávu, dva poháre na vodu, dva na víno, dva taniere, dva príbory...zrejme, aby ste si ich ihneď po "sebe umyli", ako ste dostali "prísny a striktný" pokyn. V kuchyni bolo veľmi veľa mravcov, ktorý sa postupne rozliezali po celej suite.
