Really Nice Place to Stay in Central; Florence.
Pros:

The location was excellent - a block from the Pitti Palace and a beautiful square with lively restaurants and a rooftop bar. Staff are exceptionally helpful. Hotel is very atmospheric; it's like stepping back in time and living in a grand old street. Rooms are tastefully decorated and bathroom was spacious. Breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

I appreciated the safe but it was small and had quite a few steps to make it function.

The room and the service were good, but was expecting more of the overall ambience.
Pros:

Interesting place, we were expecting better though, especially in term of the building itself. Once inside it’s okay. The staffs were super helpful and nice, especially the ladies 👍🏼
The room was up a steep staircase, not very friendly with heavy luggage.

Séjour à Florence
Pros:

Très bien placé à Florence, dans un quartier sympa, près de tout , tout en étant calme.
Grande suite spacieuse, propre et petit déjeuner simple mais sympa

Cons:

Grosse déception, quand à notre Suite !
Très peu de lumière du jour, car la fenêtre donne sur une minuscule cour, et donc , on ne vois que des murs!, impossible de voir dehors.
J'ai fais la remarque au personnel, mais impossible de changer de chambre. Tout était complet.
Sur les photos que nous avions vu, rien ne signalait ce GROS détail.
C'est bien dommage, il faudrait le préciser sur l'annonce

Pros:

Great location, comfortable, clean, nice staff.

Cons:

Only suggestion would be a coffee machine and a few pods would be nice. Very minor and I would definitely stay again.
