Estancia perfecta cerca a todo en Florencia
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente porque está cerca de todas las atracciones principales de la ciudad, pero en una vía secundaria apartada del ruido y la gente. La habitación en la que nos alojamos es muy bonita y elegante, el desayuno estuvo muy bueno y el staff es espectacular.

Cons:

No me gusta que cobren por el agua. Pese a que la habitación estaba perfecta, el primer piso del edificio tiene un olor muy fuerte a humedad.

A lovely apartment in a perfect location, friendly staff and everything we needed for our stay
Pros:

The apartment was located in a charming old building, with a lift taking you up to the reception area, where the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The apartment itself was spacious, with a separate bedroom and a few steps leading down to the kitchenette and bathroom. Everything was spotlessly clean and well maintained.

The lounge area was comfortable, with large sofas, a TV, and a dining table, making it a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing.

The location was ideal for exploring all the main attractions. Each evening, we found plenty of local restaurants and bars within easy walking distance, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it to others.

Comfortable, welcoming while keeping the Florentine spirit
Pros:

The service was excellent. The staff were so helpful from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect, and the apartment and courtyard was so beautiful

Residiert in einem altehrwürdigen Palazzo in Top-Lage.
Pros:

Schöne grosszügige Suite. Nahe an der Altstadt und doch auf der ruhigeren Seite des Arno (weniger Touristen), in wenigen Fussminuten hat es zahlreiche und tolle Restaurants und wer kein Frühstück im Hotel buchen will, der findet in nächster Nähe tolle Cafés mit leckeren Backwaren. Vom Hotel gab es eine ausführliche Empfehlungsliste.
Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist und das Hotel befindet sich in einer Umweltzone. Das Hotel hat sowohl die Registration und auch den gewünschten Garagenservice für uns erledigt bzw. gebucht. Wir konnten vor dem Hotel das Gepäck ausladen und unser Auto wurde vom Garagenservice vor Ort abgeholt und bei Bedarf wieder gebracht.
Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Cons:

Die erste von drei Nächten war nicht angenehm. Im Zimmer trotz Klimaanlage 27/28 Grad und der Strassenlärm war extrem laut. Auf unsere Reklamation betreffend Temperatur und Strassenlärm wurde prompt reagiert und sie haben uns ein anderes Zimmer mit Doppelfenstern angeboten. Wir sind jedoch in der Ridolfi Suite geblieben, da wir nach einem Tag die Temperatur auf 24 Grad halten konnten (wir waren im Juli in Florenz bei 36 Grad). An den Strassenlärm haben wir uns in den Folgenächten angewöhnt.
