Die Unterkunft war so komfortabel, dass wir eine weitere Nacht verlängert haben. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmte und beim Frühstück gab es eine große Auswahl.
Location and Ambiance
We were told that they have already asked the housekeeper to put a fan on our room but when we got back to our room theres no fan. When we did follow up about it we were told that all fan are already in use. We did request that fan night before. Would be better if they did check the weather forecast so that they have prepared enough fan for every room. We were not able to sleep property as we are sweating!
Great location in the centre of Grasmere, but in generous grounds. Enjoyed a bit of luxury whilst doing the coast to coast walk.
Room was a lovely size - I found out later we had been upgraded. Pleasant staff; lovely gardens and location for Grasmere Centre.

The hotel was wonderful, with lots of charm and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and comfortable, with lovely views. Breakfast was lovely, with good choice and very well cooked.
A fridge in the room would have been nice.
Clean, aesthetically pleasing, fun design choices. Outdoor food and drink area might be it's best feature, beautifully located and very pleasant on an evening.
Very warm in the heat of summer, no air conditioning or fan in room. Didn't get good rest as a result. Also, has internet TV but won't connect to the internet.

Not much at all. A fridge would have been nice in a suite and being really picky - I would have preferred the bathroom fan to not have stayed on quite as long after the light went off, as very noisy in the night after being to the bathroom

Struttura molto bella, al centro di un ampio, bel giardino a poca distanza dal lago. Camera grande e molto bella. Ottimo anche il ristorante.
