We really enjoyed our stay here
Pros:

We stayed 2 nights here and really enjoyed it. The welcome was very friendly, the room was spacious and clean and also had a lovely balcony overlooking the charming village of Gratteri.
We ordered some drinks when we arrived and the service was good also, as was sitting in the small but pleasant garden and around the pool – we didn’t use the pool but it was being used in May and looked nice. Parking here was easy, about 50 metres from the hotel entrance and free.
We ate in the hotel restaurant both nights and the food and service were very good. The lamb and pasts dishes were particularly good, as was the wine and friendly service.
As well as using the hotel’s facilities we enjoyed the village and visited a friendly local bar and had a nice walk in the immediate area. One of the quieter and more authentic places we visited on our 14 day Sicily trip and we enjoyed the hotel and the village very much.

Cons:

The breakfast itself was okay but the service at breakfast was less attentive. Not bad, just not as friendly or efficient as the rest of the staff.

Hôtel improbable caché le long de la falaise. C’est un havre de paix dans lesquel je retournerai surement.
Un personnel charmant et professionnel.
Une déco sobre et de bon goût.
J’ai adoré y séjourner et y dîner .

Traumhafte Unterkunft für die Seele
Pros:

Wunderschöne Aussicht ins Tal und auf die Berge. Sehr süß und sauber, alle nett und es ist so friedlich. Frühstück auch sehr gut. Ein Traum. 25 Minuten nach cefalu mit dem Auto

Das Bett war mir etwas zu hart, aber das ist Geschmacksache. Die Unterkunft ist eine 10/10

A peaceful retreat to the mountains.
Pros:

Loved the location in the mountains away from the hustle of Cefalu. The staff were helpful. The room was comfortable and the view of the town and distant coastline was charming. Breakfast was good and enjoyed sitting outside. The pool area was relaxing with some hiking trails nearby.

Uns hat nicht gefallen,dass das Buffet beim Frühstück nicht aufgefüllt würde. Das erste Mal kamen wir 09:00 Uhr zum Frühstück und es lagen nur noch ein paar Scheiben Wurst oder Käse da,sodass jeder von uns gerade noch etwas abbekommen hat. Alle anderen Gäste standen vor leeren Tellern. Auch die warmen Speisen oder aufgeschnittenes Obst oder Gemüse wurden nicht aufgefüllt. Wenn das Frühstück bis weit nach 10:00 Uhr gehen soll und noch viele weitere Gäste kommen,kann so etwas nicht gehen. Ergo: die nächsten Male sind wir vor um 9:00 Uhr beim Frühstück gewesen,um etwas von allem abzubekommen. Trotz allem,wurde nie aufgefüllt. Getränke wie Kaffee haben wir auch nur auf Nachfrage erhalten, wenn Wasser oder Saft bei der Selbstbedienung alle waren,war das eben so. Bei vier Sternen hätten wir da uns einen aufmerksamen Service gewünscht. Weiteres No-Go ist es,wenn bei der Bezahlung auffällt,dass Speisen und Getränke auf das falsche Zimmer gebucht worden sind. Wir hatten nicht im Restaurant gespeist und hatten auf der Rechnung mehrere Gänge und Getränke stehen,welche wir natürlich nicht bezahlt haben. Aber so etwas darf gar nicht erst bei vier Sternen passieren, an dieser Stelle müsste der Service organisierter sein,sonst ist der letzte Eindruck eher ein Schreckerlebnis beim Verlassen des Ressorts.

Fantastisch mooi resort en super vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.
