Eccezionale
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato al Resort Gratteri e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Il titolare Sig. Antonio ci ha assegnato camera con idromassaggio e sauna con vista sul paese che sembra un presepe. Personale gentilissimo e ottimo ristorante. Una location davvero rilassante e punto di partenza per visitare la zona delle Madonie.

Matens kvalité behöver komma upp till hotellets nivå. Annars blir förväntningarna fel.

Cons:

Köket och maten var under all kritik. Vi beställde totalt 6 rätter under vår vistelse och allt verkade vara tillagat av ett barn. Inga smaker eller finess trots ”fine dining” och höga priser.

Équipe exceptionnelle pour un séjour serein
Pros:

La force de cet établissement, c’est certainement son emplacement dans le village, un peu reculé mais près de tout; les beaux aménagements extérieurs où on peut se relaxer autour de la piscine en journée et manger les bons petits plats du restaurant sous les arbres en soirée mais, surtout!, ce qui rend cet établissement agréable et recommandable, c’est son équipe exceptionnelle : Antonio, Giusy, Alessandro, Andrea et Lucio. Ils sont aux petits soins pour vous dès votre arrivée. Ils trouvent des solutions à tout problème, ce sont des magiciens. Ce sont eux l’âme et la beauté du lieu. Merci mille fois à vous tous!

Cons:

Pas de wifi fluide dans la chambre que l’on nous avait d’abord attribuée et souci avec la TV. Comme je l’a ai dit par ailleurs, ces soucis exprimés, ils ont été résolus rapidement par l’équipe qui se démène pour rendre votre séjour agréable.
A l’attention du CEO : votre équipe est exceptionnelle, ils sont au four et au moulin, ultra efficaces, ils rendent les séjours agréables et sereins, le tout avec grand sourire et bonne humeur. Ils sont aussi sous pression, à courir partout, abattent un travail fou, Cela se voit. Une personne en renfort à certains moments clés ne serait pas du luxe. Cela, c’est de votre responsabilité. Une équipe exceptionnelle, cela se mérite 😉

Such an amazing place, Personal greetings, staff so kind they make you feel like at home.
Nice calm music sounding in the garden, every details is made for relax.
Nature is fascinating. Dinner is what you mustn’t miss. So delicious and big portion meals. Prices are not high. I would spend much more time there, looking forward to come back.

Absolutely amazing
Pros:

Location is one of the most peaceful, picturesque place on this island! After the hustle bustle of Palermo, Catania and all the touristy places this feels like an oasis of peace, calm and quiet! Staff is absolutely outstanding how they looking after you , really didn't have this kind of service elsewhere on my travels! Even though we stayed one night they made us feel so welcomed! Really went extra mile to help us and to make us have an amazing stay!

Pros:

Gostamos muito da localização do hotel, é a 30 minutos de Cefalù, mas tem umas vistas fantásticas para a montanha, vale muito a pena.
Fomos super bem recibos por todos os funcionários, foram todos extremamente atenciosos. A zona da piscina também é muito boa.
O pequeno almoço também estava excelente.

Tutto perfetto, esperienza bellissima , iniziando da Antonio il proprietario che appena arrivati ci ha accolti in maniera impeccabile in tutto e accontentati in ogni richiesta fatta e molto alla mano.
Andrea e Giusy ragazze fantastiche e disponibili .
La struttura pulitissima e bellissima.
Possiamo dire che di presenza è incantevole.
La piscina con vista sulle montagne e camera con vista sui tetti di Gratteri come in una favola.
La colazione ben assortita con prodotti freschi, la ricotta senza parole.
Mia moglie lavora nel turismo ed è molto esigente ma è rimasta contenta su tutto.
La pulizia della camera era perfetta.

Gratteri – unser vorletzter Stopp. 🌿🏡 Ein wunderschönes, kleines und idyllisch verträumtes Dorf, das mit seiner Ruhe und seinem Charme begeistert. Ein Ort zum Durchatmen und Genießen.
