Wished we could’ve stayed longer.
Pros:

Staff was very helpful - driving our car from mid city to parking. Sweet girl!! Best croissant we’ve ever eaten! Wonderful stay / exceeding our expectations

Cons:

Surprised where located - in reviews in seemed rural.

Pros:

L’hôtel se situe dans un village dans la montagne, c’est très paisible. La chambre est super et Antonio, très sympa, nous a surclassé ! Le ptit dej était super bon et la piscine est très belle.

Nice hotel, parking is not easy but the staff makes it work.
Pros:

The breakfast left quite a bit to be desired. The eggs were watery and not very tasty. The staff were great and we found the pool small but adequate. You could not sleep with the balcony door open as the town bell rang every hour!

Cons:

The breakfast could be improved and more information about local sights to see. Not much else needed improvement as we had a good time.

Heerlijk ontspannen!
Pros:

Het was een prettige, rustige omgeving. (Zeker na 2 dagen Palermo) Het gebouw is netjes onderhouden en wij hadden een terras met prachtig uitzicht. Het ontbijt was lekker! Genoeg keuze. Zwembad was lekker fris!
Personeel was super vriendelijk!

Eigenlijk niets.

Pros:

Coup de cœur pour cet établissement ! Nous avons adoré y séjourner, tout était parfait, les chambres, le restaurant, la piscine et l’accueil au petit soin. Un lieu au calme, loin de l’agitation de Cefalù !

A slice of peace & tranquility
Pros:

We had a delightful holiday at the Gratteri resort.
Our room was spotless and staff very accommodating. Enjoyed a varied breakfast each morning, which was always tasty and fresh. Dined in the evening on two occasions and the food was excellent.
The hotel manager gave us assistance with visiting a number of villages in the surrounding area. Gratteri itself is a charming village. It’s peaceful with a small supermarket, bar, pharmacy, coffees shops and bakery. Would recommend a visit here and walk to the caves.

Cons:

Sunbeds could be comfier. Very minor though.

ACCOGLIENTE E DI GUSTO
Pros:

L'albergo è molto curato nei dettagli.
Il personale è professionale e gentile.
La colazione e gli altri pasti molto buoni.
Ringraziamo in particolare Antonio che all'ultimo momento ci ha anche assegnato una camera indipendente x me e mio marito, anzicchè comunicante!

Cons:

Probabilmente sono da cambiare tutti gli asciugamani, puliti ma sottili e non morbidi, un pò troppo usati.
Non al livello dell'albergo.

Inoltre non sarei così rigido nel fare accomodare i clienti in 4 sui tavolini esterni, per la colazione.
Ove c'era il posto con 4 sedie e ci avete imposto di sederci all'interno.

Pros:

Le calme, la piscine et le lieu en lui-même provoquent un dépaysement total ! Très bon rapport qualité prix et un personnel à l'écoute.
Nous avons très bien mangé au restaurant et recommandons fortement cet établissement !

Cons:

Petit bémol l'emplacement si particulier rend l'accès un peu chaotique avec des routes étroites en zigzag. Impossible de s'y rendre autrement qu'en voiture/taxi ou peut-être en bus.
