Fiz a reserva pelo Booking e quando.cheguei no hotel não tinha quarto liberado no hotel. O funcionário da recepção disse que o hotel estava cheio e não tinha vaga. Tive que procurar outro hotel

Dias incríveis no Guarujá.
Pros:

Gostei do tamanho e conforto do quarto. Também gostei da variedade e qualidade do café da manhã que é ofertado. Os funcionários de modo geral são educados e solícitos. A localização do hotel é privilegiada, bem perto da praia das Astúrias. Com certeza voltarei mais vezes.

CAFE DA MANHA BOM, O ESTACIONAMENTO É PRÓPRIO E MESMO ASSIM COBRARAM 40 REAIS A DIARIA, E TAMBÉM NÃO EXISTE PISCINA NENHUMA COMO ESTA NAS FOTOS, VC SÓ DESCOBRE ISSO NA HORA QUE CHEGA NO HOTEL, INFELIZMENTE.

Lamentável que a linda praia da Astúrias não tenha outra alternativa de hospedagem.

De nada. O prédio é mal conservado, inseguro e precário.

Cons:

Quarto encardido e mofado, com excesso de desinfetante, toalhas manchadas e mal lavadas e ainda o assento do vaso sanitário quebrado.
