Unzumutbarer Geruch, mangelnde Sauberkeit und ein völlig unprofessioneller Umgang mit Gästen und Beschwerden.

Cons:

Das Zimmer roch bereits beim Betreten extrem stark nach nassem Hund. Selbst längeres Lüften brachte keine Besserung und der Geruch war so intensiv, dass ich Kopfschmerzen bekam. Hinzu kamen deutlich sichtbare Spinnweben und damit klare Sauberkeitsmängel.

Bereits beim Check-in wurde meine Buchung zunächst nicht gefunden und mir anschließend ein anderes Zimmer zugewiesen. Während ich am Nachmittag schlief, betrat dann plötzlich Personal ohne Vorankündigung mein bereits belegtes Zimmer. Offenbar war intern nicht einmal klar, dass sich dort ein Gast befand.

Auch der Umgang mit meiner anschließenden Beschwerde war völlig unzureichend. Trotz Kontaktaufnahme durch Booking.com zeigte die Unterkunft keinerlei angemessenes Entgegenkommen. Auf meine eigene direkte Nachricht wurde überhaupt nicht reagiert. Wer 67 € für eine Nacht verlangt, sollte zumindest ein sauberes, zumutbares Zimmer anbieten und anschließend professionell mit berechtigten Beschwerden umgehen. Beides war hier nicht der Fall.
