Service und Kundenfreundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter gut, der Chef benötigt dringend Nachhilfe.
Pros:

Eigentlich ein schönes Hotel.. Das Personal mit Ausnahme vom Chef war sehr bemüht und freundlich. Das Früstück sehr gut (aber das sollte auch so sein bei 4 Sternen) nur der Raum sehr laut.

Cons:

Wir von Inhaber gleich zweimal übelst unfreundlich angesprochen. Es gibt keine Fahradständer. Auch kein Carport oder ähnliches zum unterstellen von Rädern. Lüchow liegt an mehreren Fahradwegen, daher sollte man erwarten, das es die Möglichkeit zur Unterstellung geben sollte. Man kann Räder in den Innenhof stellen der aber jedesmal auf- und abgeschlossen werden muss wenn man zum Rad möchte. Da das Hotel aber nicht durchgehend besetzt ist. ist das mitunter schwierig. Wir haben unsere Räder am Parkplatz angeschlossen und wurden gleich ordentlich angepault. Als wir die Räder dann in den Innenhof gestellt haben und vom Innenhof holen wollten wurden wir erneut vom Inhaber sehr unfreundlich an seine Angestellten verwiesen. Der Mann hat offensichtlich richtig Spass an seiner Arbeit und die Sache mit dem Service wohl nicht verstanden

Open street front parking on hotel terrain charged extra. Location way out of the village center. Arrogance of hotel lead at welcome, when i was searching for receptionist

Book this hotel only in winter and check the bed very well

Only breakfast was good.

Cons:

I did not like my stay because there was no air conditioning in the room, and it was very warm. Furthermore, there was no insect screen on the window, so it was difficult to keep the room a bit cooler without letting insects inside so I had two flies as guests with me sharing the room! In addition, the bedspread was partially torn, and I found a long strand of someone else’s hair on it, which made the room feel unclean.

Ich habe ein tolles Zimmer erhalten, es war total komfortabel eingerichtet. Das Bad war riesig und hatte sogar ein Bidet.
