Pros:

There is a bad smell throughout the bathroom and corridors.

Cons:

Restaurant food is just average. No taste at all. For the money we pay it is really not worth.

Nice stay. Polite and courteous staff.
Pros:

The breakfast was sumptuous with an excellent variety. Superb breakfast. The room was spacious and well kept. Neat and clean. The bed was comfortable.

Pros:

Room was very nice and very big, Food was very nice also I have to mention 2 staffs from restaurant one is Francis and other one is Supreena both are great and wonderful, very nice hospitality and very friendly they are an asset to your organization.

Cons:

I was checking out and they provided me welcome drink and there where so many insects on the drink and when I showed them they just took it there wasn't any apology or anything they where just doing their work, for a hotel this is completely wrong and when we came to Breakfast the tables where uncleaned and I spoke with a waiter named selves to clean the table but he still took me to the table which was still dirty, this is not a proper way of hosting please advise the staffs (not every staffs) to learn hospitality and apologies wherever needed.
