Disappointing stay—poorly maintained, under construction, no pool, unclean rooms, insects.
Cons:

Unfortunately, my stay at this property was extremely disappointing. The place was poorly organized and appears to be under construction. The swimming pool advertised was not available at all.

The room was also in very poor condition. The beds appeared to have bed bugs, which made it very uncomfortable and concerning to sleep there. The room did not seem to have been properly cleaned for a long time, and there were insects visible on the roof/ceiling.

Overall, the property was uncomfortable, poorly maintained, and not in a condition I would expect from a place listed on Booking.com.

3 star hotel with poor maintenance

- If windows kept opened, frogs and slugs come into rooms.
- Some toilets were leaking.
- Rooms are not well dusted.

They are misusing Booking.com platform to get customers with with faulse
Pros:

They asked for cash.
Due our worst experience there ,at the end we offered a very small money .
They accepted it without any words.

half of the hotel is abondend. i arrived and asked around if the hotel is open. neighbours told me it,s closed. i tried to find the house of the owner... no success... the owner send me a message the room is ready and waiting for me. but where?

Cons:

The best is the owner claimned that i was not checking IN to get the payment. After I told him I will send the pictures of the place to booking,com the owner canceled my reservation. Over all bad experience... but may there is really a room available and you wanna check out the budget hotel. Good Luck!

Enjoyed the brief stay wished could have stayed there a little longer but it will be next time
Pros:

It was a lovely set up very convenient location clean and made us comfortable despite the cold weather the comfy blankets kept us warm and had a very nice deep sleep

Enjoyed staying there and the staff were very friendly and cooperative

Cons:

Kitchen absolutely filthy with no gas, room bathroom not clean really. Hundreds of monkeys all around jumping on and off the roof all night playing or fighting i don't know but was so loud woke me up about 4 or 5 times
