L'albergo ha ecceduto le nostre aspettative. La signora Paola che ci ha accolti è stata gentilissima, ci ha aiutati a parcheggiare, ci ha raccontato un po' della città e dei giri che avremmo potuto fare, ci ha fatto il check in accompagnandoci in camera e aiutati con le valigie. La camera come l'hotel era pulitissima e non mancava di niente. La colazione era buonissima e aveva tanta scelta. L'hotel è in centro in una posizione tranquilla e comodissima e vicino a tanti locali. Abbiamo amato Joannina e l'hotel dove abbiamo soggiornato, ma la vera differenza l'ha fatta la Paola con la sua gentilezza e attenzione ai dettagli

This hotel is a real gem
Pros:

This hotel is a real gem. It is beautifully decorated, combining the spirit of tradition with modern amenities and service of the highest quality. The location is perfect for exploring the old town of Ioannina, with all the museums, shops, tavernas and bars just a stone’s throw away. There is free parking, as well as a very good breakfast at a reasonable price.
We met three women working at the hotel during our stay, and all of them were simply wonderful – kind, caring, and very efficient in making us feel comfortable and warmly welcomed. Special thanks go to our fellow Bulgarian, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home.
Thank you very much! We will gladly come back someday.

The hotel was amazing and at the perfect location .

The only down side of the hotel is that it doesn’t have an elevator but they are excused because is an old building .

Pros:

The woman at the reception was very very nice and helpful. This was the best part of my stay :) the room was great and the location too. Very clean and felt cozy.

The decoration of the lobby was less my taste and no so comfortable for sitting in.

Hotel incantevole, molto caratteristico e ben curato
Pros:

La struttura è davvero molto curata e molto caratteristica. Le camere sono sufficientemente spaziose e molto pulite. Il buffet della colazione è ampio e molto ben fornito.
E' in una posizione ottima per raggiungere il centro città e ha un parcheggio privato completamente gratuito.
Le ragazze della reception sono state molto cortesi e molto disponibili anche nel darci informazioni su ristoranti e attrazioni della città.

merkezi konumda yatak rahatlığı 8-9/ 10 - Yastıklar 7/10 - konum 9 / 10, kahvaltı 8/10 konklama açısından önerilebilecek butik otel. Tekrar gelirsem aynı otelde kalabilirim.

banyo ve wc alanı dar. Arka odalar da akşam uyku hijyeni açısından diğer binaların çalışan klima sesine maruz kalmakta. Cam açık uyumak zor olabilmekte. Mümkünse ön odaları tercih ediniz. ön odalar sesiz bir sokağa bakıyor.

Everything was beautifully designed with great attention to detail. The place is stylish, charming, and exceptionally clean. Our room was absolutely beautiful, tastefully decorated, and spotless.
