Pros:

We had a wonderful stay, the staff was very friendly and helpful, giving very good advice for restaurants and activities. The location in the city center was perfect, with parking. There were a lot of nice details in the room and the lobby, we had a very good breakfast in the nice little courtyard, great place to stay!

Pros:

Werkelijk alles. Dit is zo'n hotel wat je alleen maar een 10 kan geven. We kwamen aan bij de parkeerplaats iets verderop bij het hotel en de vriendelijke jongen die daar stond nam meteen mijn koffer over en liep met ons mee om het hotel te wijzen. We waren laat maar werden uiterst vriendelijk geholpen en op de kamer kon je een QR code scannen zodat je nog eten kon laten bezorgen. Het hotel is in authentieke stijl ingericht, heeft een schattige binnenplaats en wij konden vanaf ons balkon via een doorkijkje zo het meer op kijken. De badkamer was het mooist van alles, zo smaakvol en met oog voor detail ingericht. Zelfs een doekje om je make-up af te halen ontbrak niet.
Volgende ochtend weer een uiterst vriendelijke dame die een eitje voor ons bakte en toen we zeiden dat wij geen grote ontbijters zijn, kwam ze meteen met aluminiumfolie aan zodat we wat eten voor onze reis mee konden nemen. Ook mochten we de auto wat langer laten staan zodat we nog een wandeling door Ioannina konden maken. Bij vertrek kregen we nog water mee voor onderweg. Echt niks dan lof.

Dat we maar een nacht hadden geboekt, wij komen terug!

Warto zatrzymać się na dwie noce i zwiedzić miasto Janina, piechotą ze znakomitego hotelu.

Znakomity, stylowy zabytkowy dom w którym urządzono hotelik. Gustowne dobrane wyposażenie wnętrz w stare sprzęty, meble, dobrane z dobrym smakiem. Hotel położony 10 minut pieszo od turystycznego centrum, bardzo blisko jeziora i twierdzy. Parking hotelowy za barierką, około 200 m od hotelu. Bardzo dobre śniadania, do wyboru dla każdego smakosza.Pani serwuje jajecznicę, omlet na życzenie klienta. Znakomita obsługa.

We stayed a week in this lovely historic hotel, with a beautifully decorated lobby and rooms. Excellent breakfast, quiet street minutes from the lake, and great staff — especially the front desk crew, Rena, Manolia and Georgia, who were the highlight, handling every request and enquiry willingly and efficiently.

L'albergo ha ecceduto le nostre aspettative. La signora Paola che ci ha accolti è stata gentilissima, ci ha aiutati a parcheggiare, ci ha raccontato un po' della città e dei giri che avremmo potuto fare, ci ha fatto il check in accompagnandoci in camera e aiutati con le valigie. La camera come l'hotel era pulitissima e non mancava di niente. La colazione era buonissima e aveva tanta scelta. L'hotel è in centro in una posizione tranquilla e comodissima e vicino a tanti locali. Abbiamo amato Joannina e l'hotel dove abbiamo soggiornato, ma la vera differenza l'ha fatta la Paola con la sua gentilezza e attenzione ai dettagli
