Pros:

Clean and great value for money

Cons:

Booked a room with 1x double bed and 2x single beds. We arrived late at night and had given the hotel notice of this, also they have 24/7 reception. They took us to our room but there was only one double bed and one single bed. Staff seemed quite stressed about this and at one point suggested we just squeeze the beds together and make do with 4x people! Eventually they found us suitable rooms. No mini fridge or TV they had been taken out of the room. When we asked to store luggage the next morning they were very unhelpful, suggesting we just leave it in the hotel lobby out in the open area of the corridor and only after prompting and pointing to a side room near reception where it appeared other guests had left bags did they let us store them there too. Odd and a bit unnecessary.

Отель соответствует цена качество, отношение персонала отличное, нам поменяли номер на более красивый, менеджер Марат говорит по русски, откликался на все просьбы. Убирали каждый день, чистые полотенца, вода , чай кофе в номере. Завтрак хороший , простой, но хватает.

Удобное расположение. Ежедневная уборка, пополнение мелких принадлежностей также регулярное. В номере чисто, много шкафов. Хороший, стандартный завтрак. Рабочие кондиционеры.

The best value for money based on my 29 years of experience visiting this part of Istanbul. The location is close to the tram and metro and is about a fifteen minute walk from the historical part. Our room was oriented towards the interior with no view, but with nice mattresses and surprisingly quiet for a peaceful sleep. The breakfast selection is not very large but everything is tasty and of high quality.
The cleanliness of the room and the breakfast restaurant were at a very high level. For that price I have never seen better service.

Cons:

There was nothing negative, we will definitely come again.

Расположение.тихая улочка, в то же время недалеко идти до центра. Если спуститься вниз к морю- есть рыбный рынок и там же для вас приготовят выбранные морепродукты. Очень вкусно и дешевле чем где либо. В номере Чисто, одноразовые тапочки , холодильник в номере есть.Завтраки понравились.

Para los que no conocen Estambul les comento que lo mejor del hotel es la ubicación, está a unos 300 mts de una estación de metro( vetneciler), que se llega muy fácil del aeropuerto, no es necesario tomar taxi ni Uber. El hotel es un 3 estrellas, pero más bien parece un dos estrellas, la habitación que me dieron era muy pequeña, apenas te podías mover, la limpieza era regular, y como dije la ubicación es buena, tiene además a 300 mts una línea de tranvía que te lleva a las principales atracciones, es decir, a la plaza sultanhajmet, mezquita azul, agua Sofía, y a la zona de la torre de Gálata. Lo mejor es la ubicación y reconozco que el precio que pague era bueno.

Cómo dije anteriormente, la habitación era muy pequeña, lo demás estaba bien, el desayuno siempre lo mismo, no varían, no estaba mal, salvo el café, bastante malo

Pros:

Завтрак в отеле разнообразный, широкий ассортимент еды и напитков. Каждый день все свежее и вкусное! В номере было все необходимое для проживания, а также сейф, что очень удобно. Отдельное спасибо русскоговорящему персоналу на ресепшн за быстрый чек ин и чек аут, а также за четкие ответы на интересующие вопросы.
