We had a great stay at Şehzade Hotel. It offers excellent value for money in a very central location. The host was kind, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.
The hotel is ideally located for exploring Istanbul’s historic peninsula. Most of the major attractions are within walking distance, and the metro station is only a few hundred meters away, making it easy to reach any part of the city.
A big bonus was the free parking available right in front of the hotel, which is quite convenient if you are traveling by car.
Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. Great location, friendly hospitality, excellent convenience, and outstanding value for money. We would definitely stay here again. 10/10.

Un mare avantaj al hotelului este faptul că există posibilitatea de a parca chiar în fața acestuia. Este recomandat să trimiteți un mesaj pe Booking cu câteva minute înainte de a ajunge, pentru ca personalul hotelului să fie pregătit să vă ajute imediat cu parcarea.
În ceea ce privește locația, împrejurimile pot părea puțin neobișnuite la prima vedere, însă hotelul este foarte bine poziționat pentru a explora orașul. În aproximativ 10–15 minute de mers pe jos puteți ajunge la Grand Bazar sau la Bazarul Egiptean. De asemenea, în apropiere se găsesc numeroase stații de autobuz, o stație de metrou și tramvaiul, care asigură conexiuni rapide și convenabile către centrul orașului, precum și către zonele Sirkeci și Galata.
Per total, locația este practică și oferă acces facil către principalele obiective turistice din Istanbul, iar raportul calitate-pret este cel putin convenabil.
I had a very disappointing experience at SEHZADE HOTEL. We arrived around midnight with two small children, expecting a comfortable stay after a long journey. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room was not working. Instead of offering us another room, the staff simply told us to leave the window open until the next day, which was not an acceptable solution.
To make matters worse, we were given a room on the top floor with no lift, meaning we had to carry our luggage up around 50 stairs. Despite seeing that we were travelling with two young children, no one offered to help us with our bags.
We were also surprised to find that the hotel only accepted cash, which was very inconvenient and was not made clear in advance.
The hotel also advertised private parking, but there was none available, and we were forced to leave our car on the street.
In the end, the combination of the broken air conditioning, lack of assistance, misleading information about parking, and poor customer service left us with no choice but to leave the hotel at 3:00 AM and find alternative accommodation in the middle of the night.
This was an extremely stressful experience, especially with two small children, and I cannot recommend this hotel based on our experience.
Hotelul este foarte bine pozitionat, aproape de mijloacele de transport. In zona este liniste si e la 1 km distanta de cele mai importante obiective turistice. Un mare avantaj il reprezinta parcarea din fata hotelului. Masina a fost in siguranta.

Номер виявився краще ніж думали. Очікувала що буде брудно, але навпаки - все було прибрано. Персонал вічливий та доброзичливий. Ліжко дуже мяке, та гарне по розміру. Холодильник вмісткий. Сусіди тихі.
Вид з вікна єдине що не дало поставити оцінку в 10 балів. Перед нами була стіна якогось заводу, також вікна з яких нас було видно, тому весь час була закрита штора. Також у перший день була проблема з замком, але потрібно було відчути механіку відкривання.

The location of the hotel is great, in the sense that it is very close to almost all main historical attractions in the old city, although the small street on which it is located is not spectacular and is a bit difficult to find. The staff is very helpful and friendly, the free wifi is a great advantage. The air conditioner is necessary during the hot days of summer.
Our room was very small and the view from the window was not good. There was no possibility to take a breakfast or lunch at the hotel.The bathroom faucets had some minor surface damage. However, they worked perfectly well; it only slightly affected the overall appearance of an otherwise clean bathroom.

Staff members were helpful in bringing the luggage in our room, which was on the 1st floor.
Staff didn't understand English due to which it was difficult to communicate without Google translate. It's not a criticism but an observation.
There were no tea or coffee-making facilities available in the room. Additionally, the shower handle in the bathroom was broken, and the toilet jet spray had insufficient water pressure to be used effectively.
The double bed creaked even with slight movement, which was somewhat disruptive. The air conditioning was not very effective considering the high outdoor temperature. Furthermore, it produced noticeable noise during the night, disturbing our sleep on several occasions.
The TV model was old and no English channles were available. Moreover, we couldn't Cast anything from our mobile.
The common area designated for preparing tea and coffee was not maintained in a clean and hygienic condition. As a result, we chose not to use the facilities.
We were with my sister. I liked the hotel owner better. He and his sons are very positive and kind people. Thank you for the warm welcome. They were always helpful. ❤️🤝
