Pros:

The only good thing about this hotel is location

Cons:

Dirty old place that needs maintenance and renovation. There is no noise isolation in the hotel at all, you can hear everything from the hall. Cleaning ladies come at 7 am and make so much noise that you won’t be able to sleep.

Good for budget families
Pros:

Family room was big enough for a family of five, with a king‑sized bed and plenty of space. Bathroom floor can be slippery when wet, so take caution. The twin room was much smaller — suitable only for a couple.

Breakfast was basic and repetitive, but no complaints. It did the job.
Cleaning was done daily, and staff were happy to accommodate reasonable requests — we asked for water daily since our rooms were on DND and we didn’t want cleaning; they provided it without issue.

Some amenities like dental kits, iron, tissue boxes would be a nice addition. These small touches would give a more 3–4 star feel, but the hotel did provide everything listed in their description.

Location is quiet and away from tourist crowds, but still excellent with very easy access to public transport. Plenty of local food options just opposite the hotel, which was convenient.

Staff were friendly, some spoke English, and reception did as well. Special mention to the lady in the breakfast room, who was very hospitable every morning. A custom omelette option would have been a great extra touch, as many 3–4 star hotels offer it.

Note: Lift only goes up to the 5th floor; family room on the 6th requires stairs for the last level.

Pros:

The location is very good, near from everything, restaurants and grocery…., the tram station right across the street, bus station also there, receptionist are wonderful especially Mostakima, gamza and Omar, room was very enoughfor 2 of us, the bed was good , clean and they clean it everyday , the breakfast was great and has everything, manager was wonderful and try to make everything better.
