Overall it was a really nice experience If I come to Istanbul again I’d definitely choose to stay here
Pros:

Because of a surgery I had, I stayed at this hotel and they treated me like family. They were incredibly helpful throughout my stay
Especially Mr. Ömer was very attentive and sensitive in every way always going the extra mile to help me Mr. Selçuk at the reception was also very helpful The lady working at breakfast was really caring and paid special attention to the guests. The two young guys working in the evening shift at reception were also very helpful and gave me great recommendations about places around. Overall it was a really nice experience If I come to Istanbul again I’d definitely choose to stay here

Pros:

Super séjour, je recommande à tout le monde l'hôtel très bien situé dans un magnifique endroit où toute une histoire des ottomans a été conservé

Je remercie Selçuk et la directrice de l'établissement. Qui m'ont accueilli très chaleureusement et surtout aider pour organiser mon séjour.

The breakfast was okay,but can be better. An effective manager can put the hotel in a good shape.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is excellent, the room was big and clean, the morning shift staff were helpful and had a smile on their faces.

Cons:

The evening shift staff were cold and inhospitable. The toilet was smelling awfully and the corridor carpet was unclean and smelly.

Pros:

Был по работе , расположение для моих целей отличное , в номере был запой сырости , с 9 утра была строительные работы на участке смежном с отелем. Рядом много мест где поесть , завтраки простенькие , но с учетом цены отеля нормально. Брал исключительный из-за место положения .
