Emplacement parfait dans ancien quartier, hotel neuf, décoration sobre mais trés bien , calme et parking pour voiture facile, enfin acceuil par le responsable trés serviable, parlant anglais et ayant de trés bonnes adresses

Ein absoluter Glücksgriff – wunderschön, modern und perfekt gelegen
Pros:

Die Lage mitten im historischen Viertel Higashi Chaya ist einfach traumhaft. Zudem liegt die Unterkunft super zentral. Eine Bushaltestelle ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt, sodass man alles hervorragend erreichen kann. Das Hotel selbst ist total ansprechend und modern ausgestattet. Besonders begeistert hat uns das Zimmer. Die Trennung von Bad und WC war für uns ideal, da man so beides gleichzeitig nutzen konnte. Das Bett war unglaublich bequem und gemütlich, wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Zur Begrüßung gab es sogar eine leckere kleine Süßigkeit, was eine tolle Geste war. Ein großes Lob geht auch an den Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Er war super freundlich und zuvorkommend und hat uns direkt ein Taxi vor die Haustür bestellt. Alles verlief absolut unkompliziert, schnell und angenehm. Wir waren rundum begeistert!

Cons:

Für uns war alles perfekt, es gibt absolut nichts zu bemängeln und wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen!

宿泊前にも関わらず電話対応やその後のメールなどのご対応が大変ありがたかったのと宿泊の日にも
荷物のあづかりなど気さくに話をしたくなる感じなのもすごく良かった後朝ご飯🍴めっちゃ美味しかった

Cons:

些細なことかもなのですが雨の日だったんですが自前の傘だったので持ち込みがしたくて一応いいですよそのままで！とは言ってもらえましたがなにか袋があればなあ…💧
後はお茶の急須が欲しかった…

This is a Fantastic small hotel in the heart of Kanazawa every detail has been considered thoughtfully we have been fortunate to stay in many nice places in Japan and in the 71 countries we been lucky to visit this place was great!!

Pour le petit déjeuner quand j ai appris que c etait une lunchbox, j’ai eu peur, mais au final, super bon, typique. J’ai adoré !

Cons:

Plus ou moins rien, juste nous n’avons pas aimé les gâteaux. Mais chacun ses gouts !

Great location, quiet and peaceful, but a poor way to handle breakfast.
Pros:

The locatioin of the hotel is fantastic, right in the restored and peaceful Higashi Chaya district. The breakfasts were very disappointing, being served as a boxed meal that we had to eat alone in our very small room. We normally enjoy hotel breakfasts, but this was an exception.

Cons:

The hotel was unusually empty; seemingly nobody was around. There seemed to be only one staff member present, which was a different person each day. Reception was always vacant - you had to ring a bell for service. We never saw a single person in the space over the course of three days except when we rang the bell or had breakfast delivered to our room!

A nice and cozy room with a view of the roof ridges with the mountains in the background. Quiet location despite the proximity to tourist areas. The staff was friendly and helpful although the reception was usually unmaned. We appreciated the daily surprise in the minibar.

Local gem in Kanazawa
Pros:

Local gem in Chaya area, amazing and friendly staff, easy communication in English, clean and comfortable room as the staff prepares local snacks for us both days of our stay. Parking was available and around 5-10 minute drive to nearby malls, attractions and convenience stores. The hotel design and stay experience really amplified our entire experience in Kanazawa. 10/10 recommend.
