המלון גדול , צוות נחמד מאוד , חדר נחמד.
חוסר חשיבה כל כך שיש משפחות עם עגלות , הביאו לנו חדר ממש רחוק מחדר האוכל המרכזי וגם בקומה שניה ( המלון בנוי ממבנים של 2 קומות ללא מעלית )
האוכל לא היה טעים וחזר על עצמו
Все враховано, було достатньо місця а також було куди розкласти одяг.Доповнювалася вода👍Щоденне прибирання номера приємно потішило😊
Враховуючи високу температуру повітря,кондиціонер працював слабо. У номері було жарко.
המלון מותאם מאוד למשפחות, מצד אחד הרבה פעילויות ומצד שני אפשר גם למצוא איזורים של שקט. האוכל היה מגוון ויחסית להכל כלול- די טעים. הבריכה שליד הים היתה מושלמת בשבילנו- שקטה, נקיה ולא המונית. הילדים נהנו ממגלשות המים. הצוות היה מאוד אדיב ועזר לנו מאוד כשנתקענו עם נהג שלא הגיע לאסוף אותנו לשדה התעופה.
האלכוהול ברמה מאוד נמוכה, יש ריחות מאוד לא טובים בשני איזורים- ליד מגלשות המים וליד בר המשקאות הראשי. לא ברור למה צריך לשלם על כיסאות ליד חוף הים 6 יורו לכסא. חוץ מזה נהננו מאוד מהחופשה.

בריכה וממגלשות מים נהדר לילדים. המיקום הכללי של המלון הוא מצוין
חובה לשפר את ארוחת הבוקר. לא ייתכן וכל יום היא אותו הדבר. לא פעם החסה לא הייתה נקייה והיו שאריות של חול ובוץ.

I would like to share my honest feedback about our stay.
The staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. They genuinely did everything they could to assist us with anything we needed, and their service made a very positive difference to our experience.
I also think this hotel is absolutely fantastic for families with children. There is so much for kids to enjoy, and overall we had an excellent experience.
That said, I believe it is important to mention a few things honestly. The Asian restaurant was very disappointing and, in my opinion, the quality of the food was far below what I would expect from a proper hotel restaurant. On the other hand, all the other restaurants we tried were excellent.
We also had an issue with the air conditioning leaking in our room. However, I want to give the hotel credit for handling it very quickly — someone came and fixed it within an hour.
The only other disappointment was that we requested a late check-out, but unfortunately nobody ever got back to us with an answer.
Apart from these points, our experience was excellent. Atlantica Mikri Poli Rhodes is genuinely a very good hotel, especially for families with children, and the staff deserve a lot of credit for their kindness and service.
I believe a fair review should always mention both the positive and negative aspects, and overall, the positives of our stay clearly outweighed the negatives.

אחלה מלון הכל כלול, מלא אופציות לילדים, הרבה בריכות. טסנו כמה משפחות והיה מעולה. תבקשו חדרים במיקום מרכזי יחסית. אחרת יש חדרים מאוד מרוחקים וזה מבאס קצת
מועדון הילדים רוב היום סגור או שפתוח בשעות הזויות
מקום מושלם,רמת שירות גבוהה ואדיבה,החל מזה שבכל מקום יש שתייה חריפה ורגילה בכל מקום זמין כל הזמן,מגוון רחב של אוכל,מלבד חדר האוכל עוד 3 מסעדות במתחם המלון, אין צפיפות ,בכל רגע נתון יש מקום סביב הבריכות,נקי ומסודר.
היה פשוט מושלם.

It was not written that all the slides have the same height requirements, hence my child couldn't go up and use any of those, even the ones that aren't fast/dangerous/scary although in other places we could legally use it.
There are special resturants which each guest can order once in the stay, from the first day I couldn't reserve one of those and the system takes few hours to put our room in it so in addition we had to wait until we could even ask to reserve. Feels unfair how it is managed + there isn't even an option for normal waiting list in case someone cancels.
The crew weren't that nice especially when I complained about the slides - we came specifically for the slides. Wasn't worth to take all inclusive in this case.
If I knew I wouldn't go there from the first place.

Rooms needs a bit renewed but broken items were immediately repaired
מגוון הבריכות, המסעדות והפעילויות לילדים, צוות המלון אדיב, חברותי ועוזר, כולל צוות המסעדות, אנשי הקבלה, מועדון הילדים, צוות המנקים, עובדי הבר והמצילים.
המלון גדול ומרווח, אין תחושה המונית ולא מרגישים צפיפות מלבד בבריכה המרכזית מדי פעם בשעות העומס.
המסעדות מומלצות ומגוונות, המסעדה הפולינזית במיוחד ראויה לציון לשבח!
החדרים מעט מיושנים ופרטים מסויימים דורשים תיקון, המיזוג לא היה חזק מאוד וכאשר סוגרים את אזור מיטות הילדים אין אפשרות לאוורר כי המיזוג נמצא בחלל המרכזי בלבד.
בתחום ההסעדה- צוות המסעדה הים תיכונית לא היה ערוך לערב עמוס בו הגענו לאכול, המנות לא היו לטעמנו והשירות לא היה איכותי במיוחד...
הצוות אדיב ושירותי
התכנית האמנותית בחלקה לא מותאמת לילדים.
למשל: באחד הערבים היה תסריט של אמא הולכת מהבית והבת שלה מכניסה את החבר כביכול ללא רשות. הם מתכסים בסדין ומתגוששים בסצינת סקס
21:00 בערב מול קהל של ילדים בעיקר. אין לזה צורה!!
