Great resort
Pros:

Great atmosphere, spacious rooms, great ac,, a green and nice resort. Few restaurants available inside.

Cons:

The meditarenian restaurant is less good, the Italian is great.

חופשה משפחתית מושלמת ומהנה המלון התאים לך בציפיות שלנו ואף עלה עליהן

נהנינו מכל רגע המלון מושלם למשפחות!!!
הצוות מסביר פנים, המלון נקי והמתקנים לילדים מטורפים
האוכל פחות מתאים לחיך הישראלי אבל כן ניתן למצוא מה לאכול - פיצות, פסטות, קינוחים. בארוחת בוקר יש יותר מבחר.
הילדים עפו על הבר של המתוקים שפתוח לאורך כל היום בבריכה המרכזית.
בקיצור נהנינו מאוד ואנחנו בטוח נחזור למלון!

המלון מחולק להמון בנינים נמוכי קומה ואנחנו היינו בבניין בסוף המלון מה שהקשה קצת. יש טוק טוק במלון אסל הוא לא תמיד זמין

מלון מעולה למשפחות עם הילדים , כדאי להזמין מקום למסעדות של המלון בביצוע הצ׳ק אין

מקום נקי ומטופח , מיקום טוב ליד קולימפיה , הפארק מים היה מצוין לילדים , יש מספר בריכות אז לא הורגש העומס .

המגבות לבריכה נלקחות מהספא שנמצא בכניסה למלון , רחוק מאוד מהחדר .

Hotelli on kokonaisuudessaan hyvä, muutamia puutteita lukuunottamatta.
Pros:

Runsaasti altaita. Vesipuisto oli hyvä. Ranta lähellä. Vaikka huoneet piti luovuttaa lähtöpäivänä klo 12, hotellin palveluita pystyi käyttämään vielä iltaan saakka. Hotellin henkilökunta oli ystävällistä. Aktiviteetteja oli järjestetty paljon. Mm. rantalentopalloa, vesipalloa ym. Tenniskenttä ja jalkapallokenttä olivat mukavat. Hotellin yleisilme oli siisti.

Cons:

Astiat olivat usein likaisia ja mm. kahvikupit loppuivat kesken. Kahvikupit olivat myös erittäin kuluneita. Ruoka oli usein hieman haaleaa. Mitataankohan ruuan lämpötilaa säännöllisesti?

Siivouksen taso vaihteli työntekijöittäin. Huoneet siivottiin aamupäivän aikana, mutta esimerkiksi juomalaseja ei viety pois huoneesta.

Pääaltaalla musiikki soi liian isolla.

I liked all the facilities for children.

Cons:

I didn't like the separation you make for the German children separately. It doesn't look good at all. They're all children. Germans, Russians, Japanese, Israelis. This separation looks very bad.
