Lovely home in Lynmouth. Great for SW Coast Path
Pros:

Great location by the beach and nice clean room with a large bed and good bathroom. Filling breakfast in the morning. Owner was very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

If you have suitcases you will need to climb steps up to the property and then further steps to bedroom.

Very relaxing stay,loved it
Pros:

The view was amazing from the bedroom,bed was very comfortable.Lynton and Lynmouth is very special
The lady was lovely,very experienced at running a guest home,really friendly,very well organised, made us feel at home

We paid for 2 days but left after 1 day as so frustrated with trying to speak to owner.
Pros:

Large spacious room and excellent breakfast

Cons:

The Proprietor was very hard to communicate with as she never answered her phone. We were not able to leave suitcases secured at the residence before 3:30, and as we arrived at 11:00am this meant we could not explore the lovely towns. Also heating in room not efficient and very poor internet.

Perfect location for a romantic stay.
Pros:

Room was perfect, beautiful sea view, friendly hosts and so easy going.
Gave the best local knowledge and nothing was too much trouble, even met their friendly Labradors.
Breakfast was delicious and we were offered extras if we wanted.
Parking no issue in early April. Parked outside each day and can stay till 1200 if necessary.
I took my Fella for his birthday and we have the most relaxing romantic 2 days in Lynmouth - 75 years after my grandparents.

Cons:

Furniture a little tired, but didn't take away from our enjoyment of the weekend.
