The most basic requirement for any hotel is security, and unfortunately, that was completely missing here. The door locks were not working, and we had to sleep with the doors open. We were a group of girls staying at the property, and this made us feel extremely unsafe and uncomfortable throughout our stay.

To make matters worse, there was no food available at the property. When we asked about it, we were told that food was unavailable because it was the off-season. If the property is unable to provide basic facilities during the off-season, they ideally should not be accepting bookings during that period.

Another major concern was that nowhere during the booking process was it clearly mentioned that this is a vegan property. We were quite shocked to discover this only after arriving. This is important information that should be clearly communicated to guests before they make a booking.

Considering the extremely high charges, the facilities and services provided were nowhere close to what one would expect. The lack of basic security, absence of food, and inadequate communication about the property made this a very disappointing experience. We completely regret booking this property and would not recommend it to others.

I have stayed in many hotels across different countries around the world, and this is the first hotel i make a review like this. Without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I have ever had.
This hotel designed to look impressive in Instagram photos, full stop. Unfortunatly almost everything falls short of what is advertised.
The beach photos displayed on sites are misleading. The property is located infront of a rocky area with difficult access. To reach the water, guests must climb down and back up a wall approximately 1.5 meters high, with no ladder or proper access provided. There actually have a sign stating that the nearest swimmable beach is about 100 meters away.
The property is also advertised as having an infinity pool. In reality, it is a very small pool that feels crowded with only three people using it.
Another disappointment was the breakfast. It is entirely VEGAN and GLUTEN- FREE, and these are not offered as options but as the only available choice. We ended up in the supermarket buying our own milk and food for breakfast for ourselves and our children. When we raised this issue with management, we were told that breakfast was a “complimentary gift.” Breakfast is clearly included in the room rate and therefore part of the service guests are paying for.
The rooms are extremely noisy and lucking lights at night, the hotel is located directly next to a busy road making it very difficult to get a proper night's sleep.
After our first day, we wanted to leave and attempted to discuss these issues with management in the hope of reaching a reasonable solution and obtaining a partial refund. But the management team is based in Europe, and they refused to talk to as and to booking, and were only reachable by email. Their attitude was completely unhelpful and, at times, even patronizing.

Not worth for the price. Maintainance is very bad. Our room wash basin mixer and wash basin drain was not working. We used shower for brushing teeth. Wc seating was moving. Overall cleanliness of room is not up to the mark. Breakfast was only vegan. Only 4 options for breakfast. That too we need to wait for 45 mins to 1 hr for preparation. No privacy for the room. Curtain was not black out. It was see through and wont close completely.

Номер очень темный. По факту закончились деньги на отделку и всё оставили в бетоне. Двери на балкон не плотно закрываются, в итоге от дождя было пол комнаты воды. Розетка для чайника начала плавиться при включении. Защитное стекло на балконе грязное. Завтрак : 2 бутерброда, чай в пакетике. Заселялись на 2 дня. В итоге сообщили, что есть проблемы и они закрывают отель. Перевезли в другой отель. Второй раз завтрак не предоставили.
Новое бронирование договорились на другие даты, согласовали сумму, в итоге дали сумму даже выше чем на букинге 😁
Пляжа нет. В океане купаться нельзя!

Because it was off season they had very limited food menu. We wanted to order dinner but we were told they don’t take orders after 4pm. And bcz it was our first day and we had a 6 yo with us it was little inconvenience for us. The beach lawn area didn’t have lights so you cannot chill in the evening if you want to access that area. The balcony had a leakage of water which was not cleaned and it had dead insects on that. Plus the restaurant only serves vegan food with very limited breakfast menu which was not mentioned while booking

Personel , tylko potrafił brać pieniądze, nie był uprzejmy , chciali nacignac nas na tuk tuka gdzie koszt do centrum przez aplikację wynosił 500 , a oni chcieli 1500.
Nie mówią po angielsku.
Chcieliśmy podczas śniadania zamienić posiłek na inny z karty w tej samej cenie , nie zgodzili sie.
Nie polecam pobytu
