Everything about the Cheshire cat is equally high quality and unique. Fab rooms, great bar and restaurant as well as attentive staff

Location, setting and comfort.
Great size of room, well decorated and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Bathroom needed a bit if attention to door and there was a bit of mildew which needed a good scrub. Think the extractor fan may not be powerful enough for the space.
There was not a continental breakfast option. No fruit, yoghurt or ryvita style bread. The lovely waitress did manage to rustle up some blueberries which saved the day :-)

We had a problem with my husband getting water all over the wet room. Staff were very helpful but it would be useful to have a device like a window cleaner but for the floor in the wet rooms

Zelfstandig appartement tegenover de pub. De eigenaar waarschuwde vooraf voor herrie op vrijdag en zaterdag, maar met open raam en oordoppen in heb ik nergens last van gehad. Centrum en leuke (andere) eetgelegenheden zijn op loopafstand. Personeel was erg behulpzaam bij het zoeken naar veilige opslag voor mijn fiets
The staff were very welcoming and helpful and the room clean and comfortable. I commend the team who so kindly went out of their way to retrieve and post back to me a bed pillow I mistakenly left in my room on departure - they dealt with this with kindness and very swiftly and I am grateful. It was a UK heatwave during my stay and it would have been a real bonus and made my stay more comfortable had the room had an efficient air-conditioning system. The menu was a little limited, for example there was no fruit and yoghurt options for breakfast, though I had a good bowl of porridge and the chef kindly made me a simple omelette off-menu for my evening meal.

The staff offered to refund us on one of the rooms, and then did not answer booking.com, after they offered it.
Waste of time and money.
Not acceptable.
They also left us without dinner options, did not mention the closing time of the restaurant, so we could plan our night better, with children.
Very disappointing.
Everything about the Cheshire Cat worked for us. Staff are friendly, helpful and always smiling. Couldn’t ask for more.
