The property is great for families and the pool
Is amazing. The staff are incrediable. It’s a short walk from the Bali Collective and Main Street.
It is very run down, some of the rooms are
So dark while other that have had refits are light and airy.
LOCATION: The location offers a good balance between local experiences and tourist conveniences.
SECURITY & RESOURCES: The hotel is foreigner-friendly, secure, and equipped with the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. It is situated within a gated development with dedicated security personnel, providing an added sense of safety and privacy.
CHEAP FOOD OPTIONS: For those looking to explore beyond the typical tourist spots, there are also local food stalls and eateries nearby that offer more affordable options. I highly recommend trying the family-run restaurants just outside the gated area for a more authentic local dining experience.
SHOWER: I wish the shower area were separated from the bathtub. Having both in the same space leaves a significant portion of the bathroom underutilized and makes the layout feel less efficient.
CLEANLINESS: Room cleanliness could also be improved. I checked in approximately eight hours later than the standard check-in time, which should have provided ample time for room preparation. However, I noticed several strands of long blonde hair in both the bathroom and living area.
GYM: I love going the the gym, it's a shame that the gym closes at 9:00pm.
SNACKS: One small touch that would greatly enhance the guest experience would be to provide a few complimentary refreshments upon arrival. I checked in past 10:00 PM when most nearby restaurants were already closed, leaving me with limited options for food. Even a simple snack, such as a small pack of chips or crackers, would have been greatly appreciated and helped tide me over for the evening. 🙂
The facilities were great the outdoor pool and bars were a great place to relax and have fun with the family
I did find meals took too long to be served . For dinner and lunches It was consistently up-to 1 hour from time of order …. But the food was fresh good quality. Pricing was expensive … but yo be expensive given it’s at the hotel.
Staff were fantastic. Room was awesome.
Pricey for drinks and food. Aussie prices.
Friendly staff. Good space. Room was really good.
Beach not really ideal for kids and swim.
Menu too limited
The discount card is annoying. You need to carry it everywhere, you lose it or forget to use and you don't get the discount.
If we win the discount card, should be applied to the final bill automatically.
Front desk need to stop sending letters to customer asking to pay the bill every two days. If you see someone booked in long period, big family, if they want to open the tab, just ask for large deposit. Nobody explained it to me and I get annoyed of hotel asking me to pay all the time. Once the Bar did want to charge me saying I did not have tab.
Good management and staff was good and attentive, gave all the information very nicely
Any requests for additional items were attended to promptly.
The property has a beech but it is small and far from the resort - not connected to the resort - takes 5mins by club car to transfer to the beech - no direct access
Breakfast options very restricted,
Pool, staff, shuttle bus, restaurant.
Nothing
Services in the resort were good overall.
There was just the one restaurant, so more options to eat would be better, along with changing breakfast menu daily, as it became quiet monotonous.
The private pool 3 bedroom ground unit was recently refurbished and done well. Staff were amazing, and local markets, pharmacy, convenience stores and laundry located on the road behind the resort was
easily accessible by walking.
The shuttle to Bali Collection shopping center was very handy.
No
Close to the shops
Breakfast:
Breakfast was very repetitive — almost the same food items every day. Most of the time the toaster wasn’t working, and they frequently ran out of basic items like takeaway cups, butter, etc.
Pool:
The pool was poorly maintained and very unclean. There was algae visible in multiple areas.
Beach Access:
The hotel information states that the beach is accessible, however this is misleading. The beach is at least a 15-minute walk away. With kids, it’s simply not practical. Even from the buggy drop-off point, there is still quite a bit of walking required.
Activities & Entertainment:
There were virtually no organised activities at the hotel. No entertainment for kids, and the kids’ club felt outdated and neglected. The only yoga session was at 8am, which is not very practical for families — doing yoga at breakfast time doesn’t make much sense for most guests.
Restaurant Food:
We ordered food from the restaurant several times. The food was average at best. On one occasion, the pizza dough was raw.
Overall, the experience did not meet expectations, especially for a family-friendly resort.
Room 5407 was spacious bathroom was luxurious. Added thought of the water cooler in the rooms was a nice touch. Staff were amazing. Breakfast had everything. Beach club ride less than 5 minutes away. Swimming pool
The beach club spot is not a kid friendly or inexperienced swimmers will struggle steep and surges will drag you out. No lifeguard. Location is ok if you don't want to leave Nusa dua area but if you want to get out of the area it's a day trip. Scooter parking for guest needs shade cover.
Very nice beach, family friendly and clean area
The cleanliness of the pool water overall, perhaps more chlorine needed. Two of our family got infections from it.
Amazingly maintained,, staff are extremely welcoming and friendly.
We will most definantly be back (for longer)
Nothing the place was perfect
