Het hotel ligt centraal gelegen en heeft veel groen en twee kleine zwembaden met voldoende en heerlijke ligstoelen. Het ontbijt bij de buren was erg goed en super lief personeel.
Wifi is slecht.
Doorspoelen toilet ging 2x niet goed en hebben ze moeten maken. Douche is met koud water.

Las Habitaciones son muy pequeñas. La luz baja mucho. Las almohadas son duras.

- Keine Klimaanlage, sondern nur Fan vorhanden, aus Wasserhahn im Bad kam nur eine feine Wasserspur, Dusche nur mit kaltem Wasser
Es una gran opción si te quieres quedar en Palomino, está muy bien ubicado, es un Hotel muy tranquilo, el personas es súper servicial, las habitaciones son tal cual como se ve en las fotos, y los desayunos que ofrecen son muy buenos.
Lo único que veo que puede mejorar es que no hacen aseo a las habitaciones diarias, solo lo hacen si lo solicitas en recepción y si tu estadía es larga. El wifi también es otro punto a mejorar.
Las actividades que ofrece el hotel para hacer en Palomino. El buen trato del personal. La comida muy rica.
Iba en plan familiar, no sabía que Palomino es mas que todo como para plan parejas o ir en grupo de amigos. Y el mar se lo esta comiendo Palomino 😔
Good location and very friendly staff. The breakfast was also nice and the AC was working well.
There is no warm water but the water is okay temperature as the outside temperature is either way high. Other than that the beds were a bit stiff for our liking but it was okay

La música en las áreas sociales era muy alta y era música popular colombiana, tipo Yeison Jiménez y ese tipo, creo que otro estilo de música podría alinearse mejor con el estilo del hotel

Really nice and stylish hotel, that fits its surroundings. Friendly and good breskfast. Its located on the mainstreet, but in a quiet end 15 minutes from the beach.

La habitación muy cómoda y limpia, el personal muy atento, el desayuno muy rico y la ubicación en toda la principal.
Me encantó la habitación, el desayuno, la gran mayoría del personal.
No me gustó que hubo un problema con el sanitario de nuestra habitación y la única solución fue un cambio de habitación con las mismas cualidades, no hubo disculpas ni se materializó la disculpa en nada, siquiera en un postre de disculpas. Una parte del personal no es amable, una de las chicas de recepción.
