Besides air conditioning nonsense everything else was exceptional
Pros:

Location , nice surroundings,
Friendly staff
Clean rooms

Cons:

Somehow, at certain date of the year they switch air conditioning system from cooling to heating or the other way around (Fall and Spring) Room vas really hot during the day and since it was heating season we couldn’t turn on cool air.
Both tv didn’t have any channels available, water pressure in the shower was really low.

ok, but very far from center
Pros:

Good beds, good breakfast +\-Very friendly Lady helped us with the questions.

Cons:

Parking is a bit far from the hotel and a bit complicated before check-in. A bit old rooms. Some noise from airplanes. Very far from citi center, pay attention.

BBB bueno bonito y barato
Pros:

Todo. La atención, son muy atentos, la comida rica. Me ayudaron incluso a conseguir taxi para movilizarme a mi siguiente punto. El hotel está ubicado en una calle muy concurrida con cafés, tiendas de conveniencia y restaurantes.

Not bad, but it's not the best hotel.
Pros:

The staff is friendly.

Cons:

There was a strange smell in the room. The room smells musty, and the bathroom had the same problem. The breakfast was average. The food was not bad, but it was not tasty either, and it did not seem fresh.

The parking is not part of the hotel, which makes things complicated. You have to get a token, park farther away, return the token, and carry your suitcases.

Loud music from a nearby bar could be heard until 1 a.m., even though it was not the weekend.

The worst part was the musty smell in the room and bathroom.

The window in the room could not be opened at all. The ventilation system could not be turned off either — the only way to stop it was to remove the key card, which meant there was no electricity in the room. On top of that, there was extremely loud noise throughout the night, making it very difficult to sleep.

Das Personal als auch die Besitzer sind super nett... Das Hotel ist perfekt gelegen. In der Nähe hat mein die Straßenbahn. Das Essen ist super, die Zimmer sind sauber und komfortabel.

Very good toxstay everythin is near and hotel location is excellent.

Brekfast was very good location as well .Tram is just a few minutes from hotel to Sarajevo city centre.
